Supine Bed Yoga for Chronic Fatigue | 5 Minute Yoga Class
Вставка
- Опубліковано 3 лип 2024
- This bed yoga class for chronic fatigue is only five minutes long. You can do this yoga class in bed or on the floor. Exercise with chronic fatigue can be difficult if not contraindicated, but these gentle poses are perfect for chronic fatigue because they’re all done supine (lying down). This yoga class can help you maintain muscle tone if you’re bedbound and might even help to improve your energy levels.

ABOUT ME + SLEEPY SANTOSHA
Hi! My name is Rachel. I am the creator of Sleepy Santosha. I am a certified yoga instructor who specializes in yoga for chronic illness. Although I hold two teaching certifications, the classes I teach are largely inspired by my own firsthand experiences with chronic illness and my personal yoga practice.
Because I know what it is like to live with chronic illness, I am able to create yoga classes that intuitively support the needs of someone who is experiencing chronic pain, fatigue, brain fog, etc. and many of my classes can be practiced in bed. If the practice in this video didn't suit your needs, be sure to check out the other yoga classes on my channel. I try to provide a variety of intensity levels.

I love your bed yoga videos, I do one each day and watch them on rotation. I love the cats in your videos too. I am a huge cat fan so maybe you could do a video about your cats one day?
Aw! I’m so glad you love them 😻
It's really great. I am really grateful that someone understands the struggle of being chronically ill or bedridden
I love bed yoga since I was a 13 year old yogi in 1995. I prefer doing bed yoga because it is very relaxing and I do the easy basic asanas (everyone can do it and it doesn't mater age or physical capability). You still get a good workout and is much less stressful on the body. Yoga is yoga no matter if you do the basic or advance asanas.

Thank you for this video, it was just the right level for me.
Thank you 💜✨🙏
So beautiful thank you 💚
Thank u ! U look gorgeous btw 😊😊 hope u feeling well. I cannot do any exercises using my shoulders because of chronic pain, so these kind of videos are great for me.
hey :) I just came across your channel tonight. Have you considered marketing your channel towards long covid in addition to your current focus? 1/13 adults in the US have long covid, POTS being one of the most common long covid experiences. Could both help raise awareness about dysautonomia and also help build your channel :)
This is excellent. That supine twist is missing from the bed yoga i usually use. I’ll add this one into the mix.
Awesome! It’s always good to have a variety!
Thank you for this. 🥰
You’re welcome! ❤️
Agreed!
