thank you so much for this video!! I'm 2 years late but I have POTS and EDS and when I wanted to start doing yoga my cardiologist recommended I do it laying down, but I couldn't find any good supine yoga videos until yours. thank you thank you thank you!! i love your videos!
Thank you. This video was exactly what I was looking for before bed. Too many other videos have parts where you need to turn onto all fours and that just wakes me up again and snaps me out of it because it's uncomfortable 😅😅
Thank you so much for this video! I've had a love affair with yoga for the last ten years but as my chronic illness got worse I found I could do less and less. My biggest thing is not having to move my head, so this is absolutely perfect for my situation.

I used to do a very vigorous vinyasa style practice, but now my practice is more like what you see here on my channel. I know how hard it can be not being able to do what we used to.
