Wasn’t necessarily feeling depressed but I decided to do yoga 365 days this year and feel like I’m hitting a lot of resistance with it at the moment and feel like I’m forcing myself to do it everyday and was feeling bloated and just overall extremely low energy like I don’t want to do anything but lay in bed but otherwise feel pretty decent emotionally, just struggling to motivate myself. This was a nice little change to still count to get me through my 365 days of yoga without over doing it. I was happy to see your cat laying on the corner of your bed because my dog was taking a nice snooze and I didn’t have the heart to move him and didn’t want to move to the floor but still didn’t have to. Added a few of your other videos to my watch later list. :) thanks.
When you said "just existing enough and you're already doing such a good thing for yourself by doing this video" I cried and when you suggested the "I am enough" mantra I cried again. I don't think I've cried so much during a yoga session haha
Thank you for supporting suicide prevention! Wow! Depression really sucks and this video definitely helps. Especially to accept ourselves and whatever we can do. I also, like the person below suggested would love something for memory. 😊
Thank you Rachel, this was perfect! When I dry my hair I usually do a quick, restorative practice in bed. Supported child's pose, bound angle, gentle twist and savasana. Tonight I forgot, then this was in my subscription videos and now I'm so relaxed, I feel like a noodle! 😂 😂 😂 Very grateful, I hope you are well, you look gorgeous 😍 😍 😍 love and light 🧘♀️ 💜 🧘♀️ 💜 🧘♀️ 💜
I also just finished and I feel like a noodle too!! That’s such a great description. My daughter and I usually say we “feel like jelly” when we are relaxed like that. 💚💚💚🥰🥰🤤🤤
