This really work wonders!! I am on medication that cause some serious stomach pain + gastritis + bloatedness for about a month & half now. On my 2nd week of my therapy, I notice that my stomach is so bloated for no reasons. On the 3rd week it becomes worse. I can’t even eat bcs my stomach will expand & my abdomen is swelling! Thanks for the video. While I know the video is for bloating issues, just in case someone here has constipation problems, I wish for you to get better. Here's what works for me for constipation: 1. Stretching your body muscles with typical stretching exercises. 2. Squatting exercises. 3. Starjumps and similar exercises. 4. Moving your hips to the sides repetitively while sitting on a flexible office chair/gaming chair. It's basically any movement/position that helps you release the blocked gas/stool from your system. But of course, you first need to go to the doctor for proper diagnosis and medication. I found that after doing such exercises and frequenting the toilet, these things helped me relieve the pain immediately: 1. Gently massaging the region between the belly button and the crotch, in a downward motion. Doing this while lying down even for 2 minutes really helps. 2. Apply pressure with your thumb on the DU 26 acupuncture point for a few seconds (you'll need to Google photos of this if you're not familiar with the location). Hold it for a few seconds before releasing (No need to do circular motion). For this particular point, don't be afraid to apply a reasonable amount of pressure as long as it doesn't bleed or cause you physical pain. 3. Apply pressure/Gently massage with your thumb on the L 14, LV 2, and SP 6 acupuncture points in circular motions for a few seconds for each point. Hope this helps! I did everything on my own, but if you have assistance from someone else that's even better.

@@layoutdesign6660 it depends because some days when I eat a lot of food (particularly dairy) and dont drink much it takes 2 days to go down after doing the excersizes but if i have not been eating and drinking like that and I do the exercises 2 times a day it goes down in a few hours maybe a day

Thanks for the video. While I know the video is for bloating issues, just in case someone here has constipation problems, I wish for you to get better. Here's what works for me for constipation:
1. Stretching your body muscles with typical stretching exercises.
2. Squatting exercises.
3. Starjumps and similar exercises.
4. Moving your hips to the sides repetitively while sitting on a flexible office chair/gaming chair.
It's basically any movement/position that helps you release the blocked gas/stool from your system. But of course, you first need to go to the doctor for proper diagnosis and medication.
I found that after doing such exercises and frequenting the toilet, these things helped me relieve the pain immediately:
1. Gently massaging the region between the belly button and the crotch, in a downward motion. Doing this while lying down even for 2 minutes really helps.
2. Apply pressure with your thumb on the DU 26 acupuncture point for a few seconds (you'll need to Google photos of this if you're not familiar with the location). Hold it for a few seconds before releasing (No need to do circular motion). For this particular point, don't be afraid to apply a reasonable amount of pressure as long as it doesn't bleed or cause you physical pain.
3. Apply pressure/Gently massage with your thumb on the L 14, LV 2, and SP 6 acupuncture points in circular motions for a few seconds for each point.
Hope this helps! I did everything on my own, but if you have assistance from someone else that's even better.

@@layoutdesign6660 it depends because some days when I eat a lot of food (particularly dairy) and dont drink much it takes 2 days to go down after doing the excersizes but if i have not been eating and drinking like that and I do the exercises 2 times a day it goes down in a few hours maybe a day
