I started juicing again for the new year after an emotional year that had me eating unhealthy junk foods for comfort. I plan to stick with juicing for good this time because I don't want to be plagued with diseases due to my eating habits. Thanks John for all you are doing to help people all over the world take charge of their health, both physically and mentally!
5 - Purple Carrots ¼ Head Red Cabbage (if large) or ½ if small ½ Red Beet 2 Brown Tomatoes 1 inch piece of Tumeric 1 - Red Cayenne Pepper (or other hot pepper) 1 Avocado 5 Stalks Celery 1 Cucumber 2 red apples add some ground black pepper before drinking
This was the third recipe I've made with my new Kuvings I just received from you. Being new, this juice isn't quite sweet enough for me. I'm going to add some more apple. Very filling juice though! A very different recipe than a lot out there. Thank you for the time you put into these!
John I got my juicer in yesterday and tried your juice and it was great. Lasted me 2 days and just right in spicy!! Juiced some fruits for the kids and they loved them and wanted to take them to school Today!!1 Thanks John
How much did all that produce cost and was it all organic ? Compared to the price of that amount of juice at say a Whole Foods.. might be good to show us the benefit !
Everything was labeled "organic" except for the Avocados and the hot house grown brown tomatoes. I encourage everyone to purchase organic when possible (or better yet) grow it themselves. Its definetly less expensive to juice yourself then purchase a juice at whole foods. Plus they dont have this specific recipe and in most cases use a high-speed juicer that will lower nutritional value of the juice. Some wholefoods may allow you to purchase the produce and then you can take the purchased produce to them and they will juice it, so you can create your own recipes. That being said, I havent found whole foods to be the most economical place to purchase organic produce. Of course a store-bought fresh juice is better than not drinking fresh juice at all.. But making it yourself is far less expensive.

I use this juicer. You have to chop the veggies real small because the fibers clog it up.
thanks for sharing
