Restaurant Toque! Review - Montreal Foodie (Strongly Recommended)

Here is my review of a recent lunch I had at Restaurant Toque!, located at 900 Pl. Jean-Paul-Riopelle, Montréal. Unbelievably, it was not listed in 2022 by Canada's 100 Best Restaurant list (which makes me doubt the credibility of this list, at least for my palate). Their lunch is a great deal and in general, lunches are great ways to try Michelin star or fine dining restaurants without having to hurt your budget too much.
Although Michelin does not rate restaurants in Montreal, if they did, I would think that Toque! would get 1 Michelin star.
