Thank You so much for these foot and ankle exercises ! I don't know how you do it , but you seem to put out specific videos for my 'aches & pains-de-jour ' ! I had a terrible 'trip & fall' injury due to a badly constructed sidewalk over a year ago. I landed hard in my right knee & top of foot, jamming my leg into my hip . Over the past months the pain has continually gotten worse, affecting the way I walk . I had major spine surgery (fusions, rods , 30+ screws ) @ 8 yrs ago , and the fact I'm even walking is close to miraculous. Before this most recent Injury to my right knee/hip, my legs were in great shape ; I had even been able to start swimming again, which is my only means of exercise/ cardio since I'm unable to do any workouts that impact my joints like jogging, or my lifelong favorite .. volleyball. Although I still see a doctor & physical therapist for my spine , they don't seem to think my hip, knee & foot are a problem ; since they're. focus is entirely in my cervical, thoracic, lumbar & sacroiliac areas. Your video today is literally the first, only & best form of any relief I've received for my injuries from that "trip n fall" . Sadly, the medical-field blames everything on "aging " Since I had been very athletic all my life (up until the auto-accident & spine surgery) and had worked very hard to recover from that ; Your video today has made me optimistic that
there is HOPE for my hip/knee/ankle/foot pains . My 🦶🏻 thanks you, Dr. Rowe ! Any videos you might have for the rest of my injured 🦵🏻 would be greatly appreciated ! 😊

The most important information I've gathered from oddball channels like "Lee Weiland" is that the living body is an incredible mechanism, and that given the right conditions (good nutrition, good company, no energy suckers) it can perform miracles like turning a man just as "fix-upped" (crippled) into a full-blown acrobat.
Because as it turns out, given determination, good nutrition and positive energy - one shall build around all these weak points, and regain the ability to do things through unorthodox (internal) movements.
There is more than one way to move a leg, to bend a spine, all that funny stuff we never have to think about as It Just Happens.
and yes this channel is nice

Hello sir! I have an idea for a future video if you don't mind: How to sleep "correctly" or ideas for it at least
I'm 48, 76", 310 pounds, have a CPAP and spent 20 years in the Army (where everything fits everyone, so suck it up) and I have no idea how many pillows to use, where to have them, etc. All I know is I wake up and my arms are completely asleep, my back hurts, and my neck feels like it was crooked.
I hope you understand what I'm asking, thank you for all you do, I love your channel

👟👏 Amazing tips on relieving foot arthritis pain, Dr. Rowe! Love how you break down each exercise, making it easy for anyone to follow along. This hands-on approach, especially with toe scrunches and soft tissue massage, is fantastic for increasing circulation and bringing some much-needed relief. It's all about that circulation and movement, somewhat like how the endocannabinoid system aids in reducing inflammation and pain perception throughout the body. 🌿💪
Thanks for sharing these practical steps! Definitely trying out those toe joint mobilizations. Subscribed for more health hacks! 🌟👐 #FootPainRelief #StayActive
