Great video! Just what I needed. The trainer is energetic with a calm voice and motivational. A nice combo of plyometrics, kickboxing, and low impact moves. The background was beautiful and the music wasn't distracting. Had to modify a few things and take a few 30 second breaks. I burned about 350 calories.
Great workout i was able to follow almost all time, i burn a lot of calories and sweat alto, but at the end i felt really good and not exhausted, Josephine is a great instructor, thanks for sharing.

Mariana you're hardcore! You can't target a zone, however burning calories will reduce fat all over the place and sooner or later your arms will be happening. Dont forget strength training girl!
You're probably going to think I am a troll. Where's the stretching before and really short stretching after. It seems like you just want to show a shorter time as a hook to get people to watch...it hooked me. ;) You could put a link before and after for 5 - 10 minutes of stretching and still keep that hook. I started to pull my left hamstring which is why I bring it up. BUT that was an AMAZING WORKOUT! I loved it! Perfect, Perfect, Perfect can't recommend the work out enough! Thank you for posting!

Excuse me, but it was really bored, it seems like she doesn't have idea what do next, just improvise jumps and repet it again with a modifications, i wanted intense cardio not regular cardio.
