Thank you Lauren, you've made my Sunday even better and this one will be done on Tuesday to recover from Monday's weight training workout. I've been doing your 40-minute Lose Fat Fast with weights at least once a week since June, and yesterday I tought how nice it would be to have a long cardio workout by you my "goofy" Lauren. I like to vary my menu of workouts by following various GymRa trainers and selecting a video according to my own personalized schedule, my energy level, and mood. GymRa with its excellent trainers is "a girl's best friend".
@@Gymra Today is Tuesday...so I did it once as per my schedule. I added the 1-kilo rubber weights I use for kickboxing to spike things up a little because I still have to control my jumping around with my new titanium hip. At least now I can do kickboxing, eventhough the ortho surgeon said running was out of the question.
Great workout and great, enthusiastic instructor! My only feedback would be to change the title of the routine because this isn’t really a low impact workout
I almost teared up when hearing "it is a beautiful morning here in LA"..left there a couple of months ago. Thanks for sharing this. Feels like I am still there. And here we go, Laura's anger management 😂

Which I didn't do this time :) And guess what, while you're thinking this is a bit tough, she's talking almost the whole time. Wow.
Hi Somerton, the option to repeat is if you want to burn the full 500 calories. It's amazing that she can talk and joke around all the way through, isn't it?? Total pro! :) Thanks so much for working out with us.

Depends on your weight but anywhere from 300-400

It's not a 400 calorie burn... You'd have to do it twice for that, just saying... This is not respectful of our time!
