Excellent recipe! I made mine exactly as your recipe and I was delighted that they came out exactly like yours, but I was more delighted when I found they tasted so good. I find them good with savoury or sweet. I live in France.
This is delicious! I soaked my lentils longer than 8 hours, which may have been part of why my dough was wetter than that appears in the video. So, I put in a square baking dish instead of making into buns. The results are so good that this recipe is going to become a staple (aiming for the stiffer dough next time, but I'll never hesitate to use the pan instead).

I accidentally bought my grandson a glute free pizza recently. I decided to eat it. It was disgusting. Anyone who is coeliac has my deepest sympathy. Ive also made the mistake years ago if buying rice biscuit things as they looked do good. Why does gluten free have to be taste free as well?

The only change I will make is to substitute the psyllium with ground Flaxseed, as it’s what I regularly use as a healthy filler or egg replacement. Thank you so much for this recipe.
