Hello, my dear subscribers and viewers! 🌟 Today, I'm going to show you how to bake the best gluten-free, sugar-free, and yeast-free bread using only lentils! 🌾🍞 This recipe is not only healthy but also incredibly delicious and easy to prepare in just 5 minutes.
We start with 200 g of lentils, which we fill with water and let sit for at least an hour. Then, rinse the lentils thoroughly and place them in a blender. Add 75 ml of water and blend well with an immersion blender. Now comes the fun part that gives your bread an unforgettable flavor: add olive oil, red onions, grated zucchini, and a bit of salt. 🌿🥒
Once you have mixed the ingredients well, add flaxseeds, baking powder, apple cider vinegar, and leavening agent. This combination gives our bread the perfect consistency and great taste. 🔄👩🍳
Once everything is well combined, grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it. Sprinkle with a few more flaxseeds and bake in the oven at 180°C for 40-50 minutes. The result is a wonderfully aromatic and healthy bread that pairs perfectly with any meal. 😋🔥

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar.

20 g psyllium husk.
Mix all ingredients well.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40-50 minutes.

Coriander.
2 tablespoons oats.
10 g baking powder.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil.
I poured the dough into the dish.
Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
