      @@silpadas3807 actually it depends on how intensively you are doing exercises with diet. And also if any health issues, like in hypothyroidism, weight reduction process is slow, also reduce intake of salt, white sugar, fat. Give priority to natural products, salads, fruits, include mire water in diet in any form, less intake of tea, coffee. Dnt stop completely fat, salt or sugar or other food becoz body needs all, the main point is focus on exercise, and diet

    Hall me sabke samne karna achchha nahi lagata hai to bedroom me gadde ke upar kar sakte hai na?
    Mai to direct yahi karti hun. Aapne bola ki letkar karne vale aasan lastme karna hai. Please, reply.

    Sir, i do this exercises frequently and i am very flexible too...but i m 55 and see for last some years, abs pe koi farak nahi padta hai. Mein diet ka bhi khayal rakhti hoon,lekin mushkil ho raha hai last year se

    Sir 2 months pehle me kuch uchai se kamar ke bal gir gei thi,tak se meri reedh ki huddi me ek inch ke portion me bahut pain rehta he.khas tor per kuch der kehi bethne ya letne ke baad uthna bhut pain ful hota he.socha apne aap thik ho jayega,per after 2 months bhi pain me koi relief nehi he.kya ye slip disc he?
