And also if any health issues, like in hypothyroidism, weight reduction process is slow, also reduce intake of salt, white sugar, fat. Give priority to natural products, salads, fruits, include mire water in diet in any form, less intake of tea, coffee. Dnt stop completely fat, salt or sugar or other food becoz body needs all, the main point is focus on exercise, and diet

Sir, i do this exercises frequently and i am very flexible too...but i m 55 and see for last some years, abs pe koi farak nahi padta hai. Mein diet ka bhi khayal rakhti hoon,lekin mushkil ho raha hai last year se
