    Great for draining the lymph nodes … nice work. Through my experience the breath work is key, ocean sounds .. lots of fun love this technique. I desire to have a rebounder .. coming soon. ⭐️🌬️🕊️🤍

    Will it hurt knee with all those jumps?

      If you have knee issues , one option you might do is the heel lift bounces without leaving the mat. Very low impact but always check with your doctor first.
