In this 10-minute Barre workout, we will reshape the arms by performing high reps, moving nonstop to the beat of the music. You'll have so much fun that you won't be noticing the burn! I'm using 3 lb weights in each hand, you can do this without weights to start, or modify with 1-2 lb.

    About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):
    Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs - Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldn’t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelyn’s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. Jacquelyn is passionate about educating people on the importance of stretching and how it builds a better, stronger relationship with their body and mind.

    This is by far one of my favorites! Lately I have been looking for short ten minute workouts to fit into my day that I could do alone or with more time in combination with another. And with all that is out there I rarely go back to the same one. However, this one I look forward to coming back to again and again! It was amazing!

    I just got a great work out with your barre to you and me, ballerina calves by the pool and this one. Thank you. My daughter is 2 and loves ballet. Your comment on the calves video was so appropriate - it’s not just for my toddler. I used to love ballet as a child. Thanks - i like your sea green outfit here too.

    ...Wow; this short 10 minute dance routine, using my 3lbs weights, is the bomb; this targets all areas; and it felt like only a few minutes went by yet at the end, I could feel it worked beautifully; also luv short 10 to 15 minute Barre; you are amazing; thank you.

    I love the innovative moves and when it gets almost dancy but wished she did 1/2 the moves for double the time. By the time I got in the rhythm of one move, we were on to the next thing.
