I started with 3-pound weights and had to drop them after the first set, except for the third move. I am coming back from 3 years in the bed after complications from cancer treatment and am really feeling it! I will definitely be adding this to my regular line up. I am going through breast injuries and waiting for surgical procedures. I usually lifted heavy but with my conditions now I haven't been able to do arm workout in a while and won't be able to for the coming weeks. This barre arm workout really helps me to come back to my routine and I cannot say how fresh I feel afterwards. I will be looking forward to doing this in the following weeks. Thank you a million.

Woweewow that was intense but good! I did the first two w/o dumbbells and the last rep with 2 lbs. They felt like they were 10! 😆 That is exactly what I needed and wanted in arm workout. Adding to my exercise playlist and will definitely be coming back to this.

this was great! definitely by 3round 3 felt much stronger! like how can increase weight with same movements to create definition where needed!!!!!
I need to strengthen my tendons arms everyday, and this workout definitely push me to the most and even shaking I decided to comment. I started weeks ago your Full Body Barre where you are on the beach, see the sea is like therapy for me, then I would appreciate more videos by the sea. Love your workouts and the way you guide us.
I use this as a supplement to my Pilates workout and it has made me stronger and more defined. It is truly my go to arm workout!

I find that when I do these type of exercises with light weights and more repetitions it's easier to build leaner muscles. If I do heavier weights my arms look bulky and not to my liking. Thanks for making this video!!

Great arm challenge
Oh my word. That was AWESOME!! My arms are killing me. I have been trying different short arm workouts that use lighter weights. This one is definitely the best! I plan on doing it regularly and hopefully will see some increased definition. Thank you! ❤️

OMG! its only been 3 days I started doing this and I can see major changes already. I thought that a 3 pounds weight was so little to begin with but now I understand the power of small dumbbells. I do it every morning and am so happy with the way my muscles are coming up. Am gonna do a two week update. am using 3.3 pounds weight.

My arms are burnin’! I couldn’t even finish the workout with my little 3lb dumbbells, I had to let go of them about half way through 😂

My goodness! I’m a routine mover, but 1.5 kg dumbbell was a challenge for me. This workout is deceptive, it seems easy, but it's not - especially not in round 3! Thanks for it, quick and efficient exercises!
