@@luxurymicrofiber4007 but what if someone puts maintenance costs ontop of ceramic costs everytime they wash the car and say for example a week later it rains, wouldn't the maintenance costs prevent water spots?
There’s loads of products that can do what you’ve just done. This isn’t some miracle, it’s basic chemistry. You sound like a bad shopping channel presenter.
what's the point of the coating if water so easily damages ?
I use Rain X for glass to remove the water marks, works in one wipe

Hi Sumeet - Have ceramic coating for almost 1 year now and for some reason only recently started seeing water spots. Will Revive work on it?
Yes it should work. Use a more concentrated version of revive and you should be able to take the water spots out.
Magic
Awesome, do you think you need to re-apply Kingsguard at this point then?
Paul Widner yes I would but the paint is still slick so I can get away without reapplying Kingsguard
You found my secret soap sshhhh
Should use soap for lubrication at least...
I’m using the rinseless wash soap called Revive in the pump sprayer for lubrication

Luxury Microfibre???? Where is Scott...... Folks...
Why if a vehicle is protected with a ceramic coating would you need to polish out water spots, I dont get that?
It’s one of the downsides to a ceramic coating. If left unattended hard water spots is impossible to remove without polishing.

Rafal Korkise Rain water is typically okay, you get water spots when you let hard water dry on the surface of the paint and bake in the sun.
