Cool flight man! What motor/prop combination did you use? I run my Ar wing pro with a 4s3p liion pack and the stock 8x5 prop does not seem enough for this setup. I am about to try an apc e 8x6 and an apc e 9x4.5 on the stock motor to see what is better. I would appreciate any feedback!!
Nice, I had some problems launching my AR Pro too. Similar issue, after launch, it started to roll and fall out, and mine is lighter than yours. I made a catapult to launch, and it made the process easier.
THIS is the style of flight that got me into RC back in the day... Long range baby. @OP Have you seen the guy that used a big lion cell to stay aloft for like 10.5 hours??? He covered over 300km if I remember correctly. Was an Ardupilot build
same!!! This is what i love to do the most! yep seen it cant remember who it was. Its a different style of flying and not as fast as the ARPro. I mean 10 hours and only 300km jeez. I did 400km in 6 hours and jeez that was a long flight.

yep its a hard wing to launch, Only things needed is airspeed!

Awesome! However the video feed at 30km was already noisy. Are you sure you can keep seeing all the telemetry @ 50km ?
yes definetly. this setup did 90km. i had a mismatched cp antenna on the groundstation but should be a 10 second hotswap to put the biquad on it.

Are you sure it was not rctestflight with his solar panel recharging plane? 10 hours using only battery is hard to believe.
