    I pinned this recipe on Pinterest, I had to come over and watch the video. Every time I make a sponge cake I always use your recipe and it is always a hit, and of course your cream puffs❤, and so many more. I will be trying this recipe. ❤

    hello tatyana! i first met you in september 2015 when i found your Rogaliki recipe on the Tastemade Snapchat channel, instantly fell in love with it and was my obsession for a couple of years til I forgot.     OMGoodness! These Almond Cream rolls look soooo pillowy soft!!
    My kind of 'sweet' to wake up to on any given morning. 🥰
    I think what hooked me is that almond filling, of course the cream cheese icing too!
    I've never had ANY problems making any of your rolls.
    Lemon Poppyseed rolls, Pumpkin Cinnamon rolls, Bacon Cheddar rolls and your Apple Pie Cinnamon rolls. They all baked up nicely, all disappeared quickly...LOL!
    My friends really love when I bake any of these rolls for us.
    But my favorite rolls are your Cinnamon Rolls recipe.
    The cream added to the dish at the 10 min time bake is fabulous!
    Update on your recipes that I've tried out ~
    Layer Tuna Salad was amazing!
    Your Pistachio Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, simply fantastic!
    One-Pan Dill & Lemon Chicken with Asparagus, so tasty!
    And the Blueberry & Cheese Vatrushka Buns, lovely little bites!

      I'm so glad you're loving all the different rolls! I agree - they do disappear too fast! I always make them for my family when they come to visit.
      The cream trick was shared with me many years ago and I never make rolls without it.
      You've been busy in the kitchen! I'm very happy you enjoyed all the latest recipes! The carrot cake was a huge hit with everyone at our house, too.

    Cant wait to make this soon for me for the dough can i use almond milk and vegan butter / filling can i use vegan butter / baking can i use coconut cream and icing can i use vegan cream cheese i never had almond cream rolls with cream cheese icing before perfect for my after office snacks

    Thank you for this amazing recipe, it’s a winner!!! I am curious if I can do the same example you mentioned with your strawberry cinnamon rolls where if I make them ahead of time and place in the fridge… does the same apply with setting them in oven at 330 degrees? Do I need to proof them on the counter again before placing in the oven? And I notice the recipe is similar only you use a full tablespoon of yeast here but only 2.5 teaspoons of yeast in your strawberry recipe. Can I use your almond recipe the same only add In strawberry filling? Thank you again and thank you for your time

      Hi! You're most welcome; thanks for watching! You can make any of my rolls ahead of time and refrigerate them overnight. I do recommend letting the dough warm back up and proof again before going into the oven. I also recommend using a full tablespoon of yeast; I've adjusted the recipe a little bit over the years :)

      @@TatyanasEverydayFood Hi again 🇺🇦🧑‍🍳, I made an Acorn squash custard this week and had some raw mix left over and I put it in a batch of dough and added an extra tablespoon of yeast in. I was just playing to see what happens. What a surprise, it was fluffy inside with a light crunch. The custard flavor was gone but I still taste sweet notes when enjoying.       @@edward2448 I love the idea of using the leftovers for bread! My mom used to bake a bread with baked pumpkin/squash. I remember it being slightly sweet and very soft! I'll have to try it again sometime :)

      @@TatyanasEverydayFood Good Day Chef 🇺🇦🧑‍🍳. It was a total surprise. I do find that my breads are better with more yeast than usual. I think it's the water around here. I made a few 3 strand braided small sandwich size rolls and a loaf 🍞 that is in the freezer waiting for me to get some Maple 🍁 syrup for when I make french toast with the bread. I do a quick dip in the egg mix, put it on the griddle then I spoon on the mix on to the bread saturating it until it won't absorb any more egg mix. A little extra effort for a fabulous result. I know you are not afraid of the extra effort to make it right. Acorn squash is my favorite gourd. A pleasure as always. Have a Blessed and Beautiful Day 🇺🇸✝️🇺🇦📖✌️💓🙏🥀😘

      @@edward2448 French Toast with homemade bread is always the best! Now I'm inspired to make some for myself this weekend! :) Always worth the effort!
      I do typically add just a touch of extra yeast, too. I find it makes the bread a bit lighter, not as dense.

    If you're going to add salt anyway, why do you need unsalted butter? Not an editorial, asking for a friend.

      That's a great question! The amount of salt in salted butter varies significantly. Using unsalted butter and then adding in the salt later allows you to have more control over the amount. I use salted butter only for cooking.
