Easy Cinnamon Rolls With Cream Cheese Frosting

- How to make the best Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting that is not overly sweet.
Here's what you'll need:
1/2 cup milk (125ml)
1egg
2 tbsps sugar (30g)
1 tsp instant yeast (3g)
2 cup bread flour or apf (250g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
3 tbsps butter (35g)
FILLING:
1/2 cup brown sugar (100g)
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp vanilla (3ml)
1/4 cup butter (55 to 60g)
FROSTING:
1/2 cup cream cheese (65g)
1/4 cup butter (55 to 60g)
1/2 tsp vanilla (3ml)
1/4 cup icing sugar or confectioners sugar (30g)
This recipe yields 6 cinnamon rolls. You can double the recipe too :)

hi i want to ask if i will double this recipe can i use half bread flour and half all purpose flour? will it still be soft?

For anyone watching asking themselves what is "icing sugar" you can find it also labeled as powdered sugar and if you don't have any you can make your own it's just sugar run through your blender with a some cornstarch.
I'm annoyed I didn't know what constituted icing/powdered sugar because I desperately needed to ice my mothers bday cake last week and had forgotten to get icing sugar and the closest store didn't have it so we just went without the cake. And I always have sugar and cornstarch and I now have 5 blenders 😡😡😡

This recipe is the perfect size for me and my son. Husband doesn't like cream cheese so I usually have to forego it and just use the reg cinnamon roll icing which I find too sweet. I have a request Weng. I'm wondering if you can come up with a pumpkin cinnamon roll recipe before the Holidays?
