I made these a few days ago. When the strawberries got into contact with the sugar for the 2nd proofing, they gave off a lot of water. I wasn't sure what to do with that so I poured some of it off, but then the rolls started sliding dangerously towards the edge of the dish so I gave up. :-D The result was great, really delicious! Thanks a lot for this great recipe.

Hi! Sorry to hear that your dough didn't turn out. If it's not rising, it's a problem with the yeast, not milk. Make sure your yeast is not expired and don't add yeast to super hot milk. The milk should be between 110 and 120F.
These are the best cinnamon rolls I've ever made! Only difference is i sprinkled cornstarch on the strawberries instead of flour....Delicious! !

your dough needs to be very soft don't over work it

Don't add all the flour. Use about 1 cup less when stirring and then slowly knead it until it is soft.
