    I created this class after a deeply personal experience-I found myself crying and unsure why. As I moved through this very practice, I uncovered the root of my emotions and realized I could completely release them. This flow is here to help you do the same: to recognize what isn’t yours to hold and to let it go.
    Through grounding movements, mindful breathwork, and intentional release, this class will help you clear stagnant energy, reconnect with yourself, and send what no longer serves you back to the earth to be transmuted into something greater.
