Today's workout is a 20 Min Full Body Pilates Workout for Beginners. For this workout, feel free to add the following OPTIONAL equipment for the optimal burn:

I kind of agree that it is a bit much for beginners, but she has 10 minute classes that makes it easier to start with first. I started with those first, which made this much easier than just starting with this out right. It's a bit tough, but it's amazing. The endings with positive thoughts, and affirmations all the way through are amazing, I love it all!

Thank you! I'm a new cancer survivor, so this was SO hard for me (considering I just recentley finished chemo, surgery and radiation). It's hard to not be frostrated with myself for not being able to do everything in the video, and knowing that even doing 50% was very difficult, but I hope that with some time I'll get better. You're positivity helps with that.

my knee's, elbows and forearms begin to HURT so bad after a couple seconds on pressing them against my yoga mat, is it my form or my mat or me? HELP! but otherwise i finally feel like im doing something right for myself, thank you sweaty queen

I love this workout and I try to do it at least three times a week in the morning bevor starting the day
for me this wouldn’t be considered a beginners class. this seemed rushed. i feel like i’d get more benefit from this class if it was a little slower so i could feel through what i was doing and making sure i’m using the right parts of my body to get the full effects! quality over quantity is best for people just beginning.
.75 speed. In my mind, it’s beginner exercise level, but it’s meant for the person to learn the moves and follow along as part of a routine. For first time, slow to learn the routine makes sense.
agree, this was my second time doing pilates and this workout was quite intense, but she does have some slower/ more beginner workouts on her pages

I started out with her 10min beginner workouts and have been doing them for around 2 weeks now, and today I wanted to push myself a bit more and I would say this video definitely did that for me

I had done your 15 min / 10 min workouts and they felt pretty easy so I felt more confident doing a longer full bod workout and I finally found one that was difficult for me, so this is def the pne I'll be doing everyday until its easier and maybe include some ankle weights :3

Great workout out by the way beginning pilot is is always wearing a hat even though I've been doing beginning polodies for years there's no reason to kill myself and go for and go for more because it helps me stay toned during the beginning pilotti's thanks again I'm sweaty and I know it!

Hi! The weights are bala bands (1 lb) and the booty band is from Amazon (I just search fabric resistance band) :)
Literally lost this vid yesterday and had to use someone else’s who’s beginner workout was more like a 3 hour treadmill session 😂😂

Not an expert and just saying an opinion but it's 100% normal! It's your first time doing pilates and it is extremely demanding. You'll see results as you keep on doing it and improve. Just remember not to push yourself or diminish your work because you didn't get them all done. You'll get there and I wish you all the luck on your pilates journey!❤️

This is a good workout, but it is to rushed for persons now starting out, this is a prewatch, memorise or stop every few minutes to follow the workout which defeats the purpose.
I dont agree that this is a beginner class at all, i would hate to see intermediateif this is beginner lol. It was difficult and definitely not something i will be doing again while still beginner. It would be great with a bit of experience but thats not me yet. I would take off beginner and just leave it as a class.

This is not a beginners workout. Just got me very frustrated that I could not even finish one exercise. Don't call it for beginner's. It just made me want to quit for the day.
