Hi, my name is Callie and I'm a certified Pilates and Barre instructor and certified holistic health coach. As a former competitive figure skater who struggled with body image and chronic injuries, I fell in love with low-impact “flow” type workouts, like Pilates and barre. How many time we should do this exercise in a week?? And for how long ?
@@reemalshahrani6698pilates exercises need to do two or three times a week at least but not in consecutive days
Truthfully I don’t think I did 80% of the exercises correctly but I seriously enjoyed this and can’t wait to get better!

This was my first workout in years, I decided that I wanted to try to regain my strength, and the self-love talk throughout was so lovely! I ended up crying at the end, it was such a beautiful reintroduction into moving my body to just make myself feel good. Thank you so much! ❤

how is it going?!! have you seen big changes physically and mentally? Ive been wanting to start pilates and this was my first workout.
what else did you do? i feel like I couldn't reach such a milestone just doing this.
@@kylaliz you have the have a balanced diet. meaning you shouldn't just eat greens cuz u most likely will binge on sweets. so I recommend doing 80/20 (80=healthy 20= not so healthy.) and avoiding fried foods. Get enough sleep and stay hydrated! Hope this helps:)

@@kylaliza safe calorie deficient can be helpful. it’s risky as ppl do tend to get too restrictive. i personally don’t actually fully count, just get a general idea. i also practice intuitive eating which has helped me a lot when determining if i’m hungry or just bored. as for other exercises, walking on the tredmil for just an hour has helped me tremendously.
This was my first workout in about 7 months, im usually consistent for 6 months then fall off for 6 months so and so and this was perfect for getting me back into fitness again! Thank you!
I usually can't sit through an entire workout video without getting bored or feeling like I hurt too much, but I got through every exercise! The positive affirmations definitely helped a lot

Literally found myself tearing up doing this workout!! I needed these affirmations. I’ve been very extreme with workouts (either not working out at all and self-sabotaging or working out way to hard and punishing myself).
I’ve been looking for workouts that feel kind to my body but also motivate me to push myself. I haven’t realized how long it’s been since I’ve said good things over my body. I’m really excited to make these videos a part of my daily routine. I think they’re going to increase my mental and emotional health, as well as physical. Thank you so much. ❤️
I would consider myself as a really fit person, I tried Pilates the first time and I am surprised I felt my abs and my glutes burn that much, I LOVED IT! I will continue to use your video as my morning routine :)

I hate exercising, but I love how it makes me feel. Things I love about this video: there's music which sets the mood, clear instructions throughout, short exercises that eliminates frustration, and mostly the positive self-talk. I never experienced such a combination in an exercise video before.❤

This was amazing, I went to the pilates studio often and it was so expensive and the moment I realized I can be doing these movements right at home for FREE was amazing and today was my first time and It feels so good. Not too much but just enough to feel the effects on my body. Thank you🥰

Day 1. I tried another beginners workout yesterday and it was very hard so I thought badly about myself for finding a beginners mode hard but doing this made me feel better and I will probably follow ur workouts from now on :)
Day 2. Felt better than yesterday, my bum hurted all night but will continue, made me feel relaxed and my stomach feels tighter

basically I got bored after like day 10 of doing it and I switched to another of her workouts and it worked a lot better for me

This felt so great!!!! I needed more breaks as this was my first pilates attempt, but I will be back for more.
ive had to be mostly sedentary for just nearly 2 years now because of needing to heal from surgeries and health issues ive been dealing with. im not fully healed but im close enough i want to finally start trying to work out and reconnect with my body. theres been such a strong disconnect and i havent felt like myself for a very long time. this workout was very difficult for me and i was feeling really upset about it wanting to just give up really early on because ive lost so much flexibity, muscle, and endurance :( but your positivity helped me see it through and like another commenter i cried by the end 😭😭 but im going to try to stick to this and start with a couple or few days a week.

I used to be a gymnast and then I developed an ED and lots of anxiety towards exercise, so I stopped moving. I am now 5 days into doing this routine everyday and your positive comments really help get the stress away and make me just concentrate on how amazing I am feeling! I think the most challenging part of your workouts is saying the positive affirmations. I'm pretty defeated by something that happened recently, and I definitely didn't believe the affirmations as I was saying them, but I still felt a little better afterword.
