I will be doing this every other day for so long! My issue isn’t strength but my ligaments and tendons. I was told Pilates is my saving grace! My ligaments and tendons are too lose. This will 100% fix this for me!

This is some next level pilates I guess... I couldn't do most of it right off the get go. The wide stance planks and moving them in and out; forget it. these were all hurting my wrists really bad. Too many moves holding myself up by the wrists. This one missed the marked for me for sure.

walk! walking is so under-rated and needed for female hormone balance. Don't give yourself a hard number just try and walk more everyday and do small workouts 2x if you can. Grow With Jo is also awesome.
