volvo interior is among the best !!! the seats are the best in the business!!
i don't understand how you can criticize this volvo's interior, yet i've seen your review of the jeep commander, which has arguably one of the worst interiors out of any car, and you said "it's the interior that really won me over".
don't get me wrong, volvo's electronics are among the worst in the business. but i just don't see how you can criticize this interior yet praise the plasticy jeep's.
There are some real idiots out there.

I don't know how it is in the US, but here in Europe all Volvo's run day and night headlights so why need automatic lights when you can't even turn it off. And the navigation can be controlled at the steering wheel so why bring up the remote as negative point, it is a extra so people themselves can choose witch way to use the navigation. Even better.

Today's Kia interiors are really nice, actually. But in 2010, this wasn't an informed comment. Volvo did need to update the interior some and they did a few years after. Now, Volvo leads the charge with interiors so I want to see what he says about the current model of Volvos.
the interior is so not worse than a kia, kia has bad fit and finish while the xc60 has good fit and finish and soft touch materials

You don't need the key if you get Volvo's PCC (Personal Car Communicator) The headlights are automatic and the interior is not worse than a Kia. Kia interiors are shit, I would know because my grandparents have a 2012 Sedona EX and I have a 2011 Volvo XC60 T6 AWD.
Why don't you include the Saab 9-4X when you mention the competition??

@jmmpdfdg YOU DONT KNO WUT UR TALKING ABOUT EITHER....yes you do need the key...there is an option for keyless..but is cost more and doesnt come standard...interior is gud...but he is right...little bland ..compared to audi and bmw

@coolerdude44 Let's be fair; the Commander came out in 2005 (2006 MY.) That's 4 years before the XC60. Plus, if I'm not mistaken isn't Volvo suposed to a European luxury brand or at least trying to be?

Drive Merc C Colass Sport Estate latest one - AMG finish - must say that cannot agree about interior - in reality the XC60 is a very well finished car and eats snow covered roads in AWD spec.

Great review- I agree wholeheartedly with your comment about the electronics- they don't even compare to those found in the Q5. . . Our XC60 comes with the beige interior with the wood on the center stack, which I think looks much, much nicer than your black.
I LOVE the passenger dash !
Lol...my '99 Buick Regal even has automatic lights and my $100 Magellan GPS looks better. I agree with the review, Volvo needs to step up it's tech implementation.
Wrong numbers .. it’s a 3L turbo 300hp and 325 ft torque .. get your numbers right before making a video
ganuv the first few years the engines made less horsepower and torque than in the later years. Get YOUR numbers right before commenting.
