Engines and transmissions seem to be pretty strong. The only thing is everything else breaks before you get the high miles on it. Check for recalls. This guy sounds like a salesman that tells you how great the car is then wants you to buy the warranty for when it falls apart
honestly, i like some volvos. but this particular model and year is not the best of them. that engine seems nice and adequate. but this car is a mom's car. and that engine is way much for 'em. 0-60 in under 8 seconds is plenty fast. why not try for gas mileage as opposed to powerful and fuel efficient.... its 2009 ... i mean jebus!
Your comment makes absolutely NO sense. Nothing about the styling screams "Mom Vehicle". And any true driving enthusiast wouldn't care about a couple MPGs lost if it is fast and fun to drive.

In Sweden you can get D3 or D5, D3 comes in both FWD and AWD and D5 is AWD.
Both engines are 2.4liter and D3 produces 165hp and D5 215hp.

To bad you dont get the T5....2liter 240hp front fwd is nicer than the 3.2 since that one drink almost as much fuel as the T6.
Nope. T6 r design is best. Because of the tighter suspension
