Apple Watch setting: traditional strength training Active calories: 434 Total calories: 512 Average hr: 166 bpm max hr: 196 About 1500 steps due to jogging some Used my 9lb the whole time (only have 9 or 12 in that range) Glad I chose the 9 and not 12 lol!!! I usually burn more calories and have a higher heart rate with strength training. Thank you once again for coming through so strong!!! Much love ❤❤
OMG! This is a super sweaty workout. Did this after Olivia’s one hour walk and I’m dying now. Varied my weights between 12s-20s. Burned 290 active calories. ❤❤❤
Just did this workout, and I to say this is not sissy stuff!! I’m drenched in sweat,and really feel the burn. I used 8 pound weights the entire workout. Plan on doing this with a walking routine for a power calorie burn! Thank you for this 👍
Thank you Olivia, another superb workout under my belt. Had to have more water breaks due to the heat, I live in Portugal pretty hot but not as much as other parts of Europe. I stuck with my 3 kilo weights the whole time, normally change between 3 & 5 weights but just being a bit kinder to my body today.
Loved this! I thought some of the exercises looked really hard but obviously your other videos have served me well as I was able to do them all 😁 I really enjoyed this thank you! 💜
Another amazing standing workout!! Loved it! So sweaty and strong! The finisher was tough for me as I’m petite so it was hard to get the weight through my short legs! But it was great! Thank you ❤
