    One more comment - I liked 15 second break because I needed to change weight sizes for several exercised. 10 seconds seemed too short for me to do that in first video. Thank you!

      @@LIFTWITHLIV my theory is that it is because the channel is still so new and still growing. In any case, the two full body strength workouts I did, I needed the extra break. Great job on both workouts!

    This was a great one once again. Because my thighs are just getting too bulky for my taste, I did the whole routine but with only half squats and half lunges. I hope this helps ! 🤞And I only had one ad so definitely not a problem, no worries.

    Great burner. Super sweaty. 227 active calories burned. 🤍🤍🤍
    Did this again but this time I did the 27 mins all standing cardio workout and was able to burn 265 active calories. 🤍🤍🤍

    Love the workout and been a long time subscriber on your other channel! 💪🏼 The ad breaks were annoying … def kill the momentum in workout videos (I generally don’t mind them) but saw you addressed it in your comments already so appreciate that 🙌🏼

      Besides the pre/post roll ads, I got 5 mid roll ad breaks 🤯 at 6:30, 13, 17, 21:30, 28 minute marks. As a fellow UA-camr I know how you feel it sucks to have no control before monetization and definitely cannot trust Google with their “AI” technology to place ad breaks where it thinks its not disruptive … Thanks so much Google lol.
      I hope you get monetized soon! Burned 180 cals loved it 🔥🔥🔥
