You are so right!!! I have had a bad week of sleep so I decided last night to do something about it. I take melatonin every night already so I've been frustrated on how to get to sleep. I looked up the best foods to eat, so it's funny you just shared this! I ended up eating a handful of almonds and cashews for the magnesium and I got a straight 9 hours sleep last night, which hardly ever happens!!! Great advice, doc!

Afraid too much Clifton Beach when I was young and the ozone layer was still working so we'd lie in baking sun too long... Thanks for all great advice and sharing same... I have insomnia, before I was diagnosed I used to drink half of bottle of NyQuil 😔 I tried melatonin and a bunch of remedies but nothing worked. Now I have to take a pill every night so I can pass out and sleep.. 😔
Hibiscus tea (raspberry zinger) with fresh ginger for natural release of melatonin without impacting neuro hormones like dopamine, etc, and magnesium to relax muscles and brain (l-threonate) are my go tos. Tart cherry juice is very helpful too.
I can def vouch for Kiwi fruit, which i took every Sunday night, but had to give it up because I got sick of the taste 🤢🤮 Does warm oat drink have the same effect as warm milk as I have an intolerance to dairy?

1 cherry juice
2 hand full of Almond
3 kiwi 🥝
4 warm milk 🥛
5 herbal tea 🍵

You don't have to take all five every night. (But you may). You can choose the combination. Milk & almonds. Kiwi and juice. Tea can be every night 😊
