    Have done this twice, two nights now...wow! Not only did I sleep non-stop, both mornings I woke refreshed, in a great mood and and almost chuckled when I made the connection between this technique and the sleep! Bravo Sir!

    I've tried this technique last night and I slept smoothly for 9 hours though I had to get up a few times to go to the bathroom but went back to sleep immediately. Amazing!!! Thanks so much Dr. Mandell you're one of the best 👍🌻💐💖

      I Hope It Will help me ive got cronic insonnia i take benzodiazepine and still dont get enough sleep to feel refreshed during the day. Insonnia has ruined my Life thats all i can say

    Simply MIND BLOWING,AMAZING,WOW!! Have been a chronic insomniac for many years barely sleeping a few hours a month. Been through different medications, techniques etc. over the years. This video popped up last night just when I was getting ready to get into my bed. Did this technique. Just got up after six hours of deep sleep feeling healthy, refreshed and bouncy ready to take on the world. Seems like I slipped into sleep within a few minutes right after I did it. I hope it works for the rest of my life. And immense thank you to all the reviewers who took the time to write the positive reviews attesting to the efficacy of this technique without which I would not have bothered trying🙏 .     I have been struggling to sleep all week, and last night had news that was worrings and told I would get a call tomorrow to discuss. You would think that would make things worse, but I did this technique and I fell to sleep much quicker than usual and when I woke up I expected it to be somewhere between 2am to 4am like usual, but it wasn't. I had slept the whole night without waking up early. It was 5:45am, just 15 minutes before my alarm goes off to wake me up. I was so amazed. Praise God and thank you Dr Mandell.

    Thank you Doc! I could not sleep for four nights in a row after taking some antibiotics that nearly killed me for a kidney infection. I slept 1.5 hours in four days. I started using the Heart 7 method and I have slept for three straight nights for 8 hours! Absolutely amazing!

      @@Little_Sidhe There is a specific one they give you when you have kidney infection that is horrible and very dangerous. I can't remember the name of if, but I can remember my husband's experience.

    I have to admit, I sleep really well. My trouble at night - has been getting off to sleep! Tried this last night after watching some of your other videos and being impressed, and yes another satisfied person, I’d say in anger minutes after I did the hand rubbing I sank into a deep sleep.     Dr. Mandell you are absolutely positively correct, I did what you said and I was sitting up at the time. I almost fell asleep instantly. The time is 9 pm I don't go to sleep really until one in the morning. I'm sleep deprived but not anymore. Thank you.

    Whenever I wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom or whatever, I use this technique to get me back to bed and continue sleeping. And it works like a dream. Thank you Doc!!

    Watched this video while sleeping at yesterday night and used this trick and fell asleep within a few moments. I just woke up from fast asleep. I don't remember anything between. This trick is much effective!!

    I've had SEVERE insomnia for 25 years. I will try this for the next few nights and let you guys know if it works. EDIT: It was relaxing but had no effect on sleep. I encourage anyone with milder forms of insomnia to try it!

      Take about 20,000IU of Vitamin D about 30-60minutes before bed. Preferably take it already containing MCT oil or if not consume it with some form of fat like butter.
      Repeat this for 7 days then lower your vitamin D to a maintenance dosage of 10,000IU.
      See if you notice a change in your sleep after 14-21days.

      I actually take one 20mg of melatonin and do the military sleep hack and I'm usually asleep in about 20-30 min. As soon as you feel the melatonin kick in a little bit, jump into the military sleeping hack.

    I will try this tonight. what i noticed as a followed along was a distinct feeling of heat through my hands and wrists In my yoga practice we sometimes rub our hands together to "bring the heat" and i believe that yoga postures also put pressure on these important points which is one reason it is so relaxing. thank you for this. I had, for the first time bad anxiety with everything these past two years brought, you helped me regain my equilibrium.

    I started doing this … and I literally felt like a bubble popped in the center of my chest with8b seconds!
    I’ve been dealing with a lot the last decade plus, and suddenly started having anxiety issues lately. I can go into a panic attack for no apparent reason! Docs say it’s menopause on top of everything else.
    Dr. M’s “tricks” have really helped!

    I tried it last night and I will say that I had a peaceful, restful, full night of sleep. I usually have a hard time getting to sleep and usually wake up during the night. I think I slept for about 8 hours.

      @@parvathib.n3970 yes, H7 works wonders for sleep and relaxation. Slowly with time, you can ask your doctor to review the dosage of the medicine you are taking (if any only if it is for sleep). If medication is for other reasons, please continue. Taking your doctor's review from time to time will help for any medical condition. Hope that helps!!

    It really does work, I thought it was going to be a bunch of BS, but I tried it and it works! Shuts my brain right off, relaxes me and puts me right out, all night for 7 hours! For me, that's unheard of, I'd only sleep for about 4 hours then I was right back awake, mind going 1000000 miles an hour and no chance of going back to sleep. But with this simple little thing, my mind shuts off, I get relaxed, and I'm out for 7 hours straight. Try it!

    It does makes me sleepy and makes me yawn .will try this at night in bed .I have sleeping difficulties as my mind would start flowing with thought as soon as my head touch the pillow

    I feel like this is a solution for relaxing in many situations where you feel tense and need to unwind, not necessarily just for going to sleep. Great video and pressure point! I have never heard of this before and this I feel will be life changing for me.

    I keep my room cool, dark, and electronic free other than a CD player playing very soft relaxing music. Go to bed at the same times every night and you'll train your body to fall asleep quickly. Been doing this for many years. Good luck.

    This is really a perfect timing for me. I've been having trouble to fall asleep. So bad that aometimes I wasn't able until the morning. Affects my work and productivity because I feel drained.       @Charlie Arizala. Insomnia may be due to things like fatty liver disease and parasites. Ask anyone in the health food store, or naturopath and they will tell you that everyone has parasites. They usually don’t show up in standard tests that only check the bowel movements, because they can often infest organs like the liver and kidneys and so on. They disrupt your circadian rhythm so that you can’t sleep and they cause organ damage and sometimes even cancer. Maybe check out Curezone on the topic.
