    Ok i have seen alot of these and they never finish so imma do it for 2 weeks straight I may skip some days but ill try to update yall
    (Im doing this 2 times a day in the afternoon and night, im 17 years old, around 160 and 5’8, i eat a something small in morning, i dont eat in afternoon till about 3:00-6:00 and after i eat light snacks or fruit)
    Day one: felt pain cant lie but I enjoyed the twist with a figure 8 (i didnt write in day one so here)
    Day two: could do 90% of the work out and felt more stretching, i can’t really see any results and i felt burn and stuff in my lower part of stomach :)
    Day three: i see a change 100% 😀

    Taking a few day break :( got into a horrible situation and stuff ill be back

      This is just superb, I have been researching "get rid of muffin top fast" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Weniley Muffin Maticulous - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin got cool success with it.

      Cheers for this, been searching for "muffins top" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Weniley Muffin Maticulous - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my neighbour got excellent results with it.

    I just tried this and DIED! Omg! I'm a total beginner,. Literally, I just started yesterday after 2 years! So should I try something easier first and then work my way up, or should I just take a couple sec break and keep going?

    i'm gonna try this out & update for every day.
    DAY 1 - did it twice - 11m workout. not really feeling any difference. many of the moves were hard to accomplish successfully.
    DAY 2 - didn't do - but noticed a difference

    Any chance you can make workouts for the shoulder impaired (i.e. no plank position exercises)? I usually modify but it might be nice to have a professional consider that many of us are old(er) and have "issues"!

    I have a medical condition that prevents me from putting any weight on my elbows. You have a few exercises in ur video where u put ur weight on the elbow. How can I modify the exercise so I can work the same muscle group?

      Don't lean on your weight on your shoulder so much. Distribute your weight evenly throughout your body and tighten your abs. Most important, make sure you have a good posture and not a sloppy posture.

      Its the same thing.they are 2 diffrent names dor the same thing :)

      Tuba Munawar they're two different things. ..muffin top mostly refers to that section right under your breasts and just above your abs...love handles usually refer to the extra fat on both sides of your abs. You should go for an overall workout as you really can't spot-reduce fat. All the best!

      +Holly Fisher It may have something to do with your hip flexors. I hadthat same issue, not from this video, but just doing some stretches with my trainer. Consult a trainer at the gym, they had me do a certain movement for it, which I don't remember anymore so I won't try and explain it, but its nothing BAD,

      Megan D don't put too much weight in your arms. You should be sucking in your belly all the time (as this is an abs workout). Hope that helps.

    I want to get better with my muffin top ...damn since late teen yrs all stress caused an ugly muffin top belly ..no matter how much I loose weight and wht I do it will not go .... anyone who tried it out tell me please this worked on them

      Just a few weeks if routinely doing this by the end of the month you should see some kind of results. Make sure to try different things to help curb your appetite also. Eat healthier or smaller portions while doing these workouts. I noticed results the second month of doing these. I stopped like a fool and now I’m here again 😩
