I like this for a quick ab workout - I usually do it after a walk when I'm warmed up already. You can also modify and do it with no weights at all if you like when you are just starting or are getting back into exercising until you feel comfortable to add weight/resistance in. This was one of my regulars on my workout playlist to help me fit into my slightly too-tight wedding dress last fall.
I know I like to work out from what I saw but I didn't know I was going to fall in love with it. that was the best 5 minutes in my life. I hope you make it so far that not even the stars can touch you. you are one of my new workout followers number one actually I will be following you wherever you go thanks for the five minutes
Been doing it for a little over a week almost every day, three times a day. Sometimes I switch it up with her other 5 minute routines. I lost 5 lbs and tones my belly back up. My booty shorts finally fit again and just in time for the spring and summer. I want to stick with this and get my flat belly back!

Loved this!! i used an 8 pound free weight, by the end of this 5 minute video, I did feel it in my core, arms and legs..twice a week for 5 minutes, isn't bad..
A great workout with a an inspirational instructor. I have noticed that my abs are slightly more toned since I started a week ago.

3 months postpartum. first time doing this. it was hard but I feel good afterwords.got a sweat going:) I'll try doing this work out for 3 days a week for maby 2 or 3 weeks. and then going to try something different. hopefully this helps lose my mommy tummy.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your workouts!!! They are soooo good!!! I only did this for 2 days and already saw results!!! I really loved them so much that u created a playlist of about an hour with my personal favorites!!! Right now I'm not currently doing my playlist idea yet because I'm still in school and have other after school activities, but school ends in 2 days so I can start these again!! I didn't cheat all this time though, I am doing a 30 day challenge from Pinterest (but it doesn't work really well) 😕
Anyways... As soon as I start these up again I will be sure to update on my progress and I may start to do some progress videos!!! That's for the great workouts love ❤️

+shanziejade acctually I quit doing the playlist after a week Bc I wasn't seeing any results after a few days of my body getting used to the activities, so I switched to bloglates 😂 she's amazing and I really recommend her turbo series and her 6 minute sexy series

I will try these. I have joint issues with my hips, knee & lower back. This takes the pressure out of lying on the hard floor which is painful.

I’ve been doing these now for three years. Thank you I went from a 36 waist to a 32 waist I’m 50 years old and my wife thinks I’m hot! LOL

I love I don’t have to get on the floor. Honestly, don’t know if I could get up
I’ve lost a lot of weight just by cutting calories (around a 115 pounds off), but I’ve still got a lot to go (another 150-160 to go. Ideally I want to at least be 150 at 5’8. If I could drop a bit more that would be awesome ;) ). Started working out this month with the vibration plate and now adding barre a few days ago, to get myself in shape and hopefully add more weight loss. Doing it the old school way. Do not want surgery. However, if I can get excess skin surgery that would be great.
Barre for fat girls. And I sweat buckets lol

does this really help fat loss? I have big fat belly I need to lose weight... do you think if I do this twice for 10 mins 5 times a week, will I see any results with eating right? ??
This workout is geared to strengthen and tighten the stomach muscles! In order to shed excess weight and lose fat you want to also add cardio exercise and eat a clean diet! 80% of your weight loss will come from eating healthy and 20% from exercise. So really be focusing on eating clean and moving each day! Add this 5 minute routine to a 20 minute cardio workout at least 4 days a week and you will be feeling like a rockstar!
Try working out from 5 to 10 until you can workout more, atleast 30 mins, maybe try doing cardio first, jog in place or jumping jacks,

Yes, I do feel it. See, I wrestled for 3 years. I thought at first that the feeling would come sooner. But that's not entirely true. When I started out, I was doing it with zero effort. And if you commit to a healthy life, then you need to put 100%. if you're doing it right, then you feel it. But if not, then nothing really happens. Yes you loose calories, but not the way you want. I was a beginner when I stared wrestling. I quite that sport for several reasons. Now, I do Basketball, Soccer, and Softball. As you can tell, I have to get used to it. Lol even if I like it or not. But most of the time, it's really fun. :-)
