    I was wondering if you could do breathing techniques before lifting/calisthenics to prevent injury for example breathing and making core tight and get max power output.

    i do the twist i did 1400 last week and this week, it help a lot white me swiming crawel, it would be good to see your interpotasion off the twist, i do 2 difrent one white stright and 1 rwist and i lock the hips, i also do ther arms ower head and as you show in the video but i did not focus the core as you showd, thank you for that
