The Left? I'm guessing because of the fact you are using your back muscles to pullup then transition into the muscle up. The one on the right seems like you are pushing off ur legs as you bring them towards your abdominal area and extend to get into the last part of the muscle up? I maybe wrong thoo. 😅

It’s called a chin up, it works your biceps primarily. Depending on which muscles you’re trying to train you can do both regular pullups and chin ups

@@ETterror Chin up are a great way to progress to pullups but once you're able to do pull ups consistently chin ups have no use as if you want to train your biceps you might as well do curl variations.

When I was in jail I watched this dude I was friends with (dude didn't even look that jacced but meth does that) do handstand push ups across the entire tank hed do 5 handstand walk forward a bit do five more and repeat I swear man if all you have to keep yourself busy is work out and you got the determination you can do some crazy shit but I'll tell you right now that dude did not get fucced with while we were locced up after we all saw him do that😂😂
