Totally agree. I don't want someone else's exosomes.
One other point is that at the moment the FDA is putting the brakes on exosomes distributors. So if they are available now. They may not be for much longer

Thank you Dr. for all the info and tips you share! Just did the first micro-needling session with exosomes (based on Dr recommendation), I originally went for prp (as they don’t do prf). Still have two more sessions (monthly basis) but no longer want the exos! Is it safe to inject prp over the exosomes I had? Wish I watched this first 😢
Note I’m in my late 40s and never followed a skincare routine.

Dr. Rajani is it true that the older we get the number of stem cells produced from spinning the blood down diminishes?
As long as your skin cuts and scrapes heal...all is working well.
And if you are not healing quickly? My dad was 62 and had heart issues his muscles would bruise all the time and he would not know why and cuts did not heal well

@naynay3174 I was dying from a fungal brain infection and even after tons of immunotherapy and other IV treatments we couldn't get ahead of it enough for my immune system to fight any on its own, my immune system was dangerously low and I couldn't leave the house unless I went to the doctor, within a few weeks of taking exosomes my immune system was into a normal range

Thank you for the response. This is the majority of what I’ve seen for replies. I haven’t seen too many doctors turned off of this. In fact this is probably the first recommendation I’ve seen against them for regenerative medicine from a doctor. That said, I’m by no means an expert and just looking for pain relief/recovery from fibromyalgia myself. This is all a new world to me.
@adampelham look up the video of the paraplegic getting movement in his feet again after doing intrathacal exosomes, I know some people here in town that have used them for pain as well, they are miraculous

Ive used my own stem cells to treat a rare condition I have and I will be getting exosomes in a couple months.
I’m mostly just looking to see if there’s any negative side effects.

If you cut yourself does it heal? If yes...you are good to go. That's your exosomes and stem cells and they are working just fine. Enjoy
What do you think about A-cell ( pigs bladder ) I think it is. To be applied topically after any lasers or microneedling.
