    Micro needling, Tretinoin, sunscreen and red light therapy, killer combo. Exercise is also very important. Been doing that for decades. I’ll be 50 in a few months and people swear I’m in my 30’s. More importantly, I have the energy of a 30 year old with no aches and pains.

    • @RacerX_1111
      @RacerX_1111 6 місяців тому

      @@1USALady Once every 5 weeks. I have a pen. On the thinner parts of my face like around the eye bones, bridge of nose and forehead I’ll do a .25 and the rest a .5mm. I have a couple deeper acne scars on my cheek and chin so I’ll do 1mm. It does hurt tho! I also do my neck. Not at the same time. One week face, couple weeks later neck, and .5mm on the neck. Once in a while I use a roller on the legs above the knee and sometimes my arms, where you usually start to see crepey skin. Those you can do a 1mm easily cause the skin is thick.
      It still hurts, you are poking yourself with needles after all! 😂
      First time I tried it I only did .25 all over my face to see the reaction I would have.

      Edit: 29/09/24
      Found out wheat products were part of the problem, a lil bit of beer. I stopped both and the inflammation went down; less pain, less swelling, better joints. I drink occasionally but t'was casing me problems all the same. I simply stopped it. Happier/healthier now.

    wrinkles that are steadily getting more pronounced. The rest of my face

    • @dimjuls
      @dimjuls Місяць тому +2

      I saw that too, but we are not professionals, we need to start with needles smaller in size. If you start with a 1.5 you might have an issue with your skin. For example my skin is thin, and if I use 1.5 I’ll end up with a bloodied face. Start small. See how it goes and then upgrade.

      Please do not put rubbing alcohol on your skin. It is very dangerous! At the center of every cancerous tumor is a molecule of isopropyl! You’re better off using vodka to clean it!

    Hello, I am going to be 65 in April. I do a lot of the skin care you talk about. My problem IS that I have had 4 cervical surgeries. Therefore, I have a little nerve and muscle damage. It is just now getting loose and sagging. I do most everything you suggest. I just need help in scheduling all of the treatments. Could you give a schedule of what to do when? It would be a great help. Thank you for all of the information you share. It is very helpful.

      How do you apply Vaseline to the delicate eye area? It's thick occlusive, and pulls skin as you spread it, plus it's made from petroleum!

    One thing notable in your video is the lady rolling back and forth. It should be one direction at a time. Keeping things sterile and a high quality roller is a must! Thanks for supporting dermarolling at home!

    He's so right! I've been using this same roller for a long time. Red light, derma planning, face massage, castor oil. 56 , never had anything in the office all from home. Still looking fabulous 😍 this Dr. Is the best online! Love you & thank you 💕. I'll send a pic when I get a chance. P.S. this takes time & consistency, so if you're looking for a fast result go to the office.

    I have skin like a baby but I'm 74 years old. Why? Because I eat gelatin in almost everything I eat. I put it in smoothies, bake it in my health bread, dissolve it in soups, etc, etc, etc. I'm a gelatin freak! And it's worth it since I don't have to do anything except add it to my cooking to make sure I get loads of it every day.

      Where do you purchase your gelatin? I’ve purchased Knox from the supermarket but it doesn’t go far. If I’m going to use it on a regular basis (which I’d like to do) I need a larger amount. Thank you!
