Thank you for always also giving us inexpensive options! I have been using avocado, pomegranate seed and grape seed oil since watching your video on oils last year. I absolutely love them. I just turned 60 two months ago, and I've been using Castor Oil for over a year now, while introducing a decent hand held Red light from Amazon, for just under $80 🇨🇦 So many benefits,… from my now full/longer eyelashes, to relieving my arthritis, to my skin texture/fullness 🤗 I highly recommend this duo ladies & gents🤜🏼🤛🏼 FYl ~ I'm still a fan of the Naka brand, but I recently ordered, on an Amazon lightening deal, St Francis. I actually like their consistency a whole lot better...
It’s as simple as just rubbing the Oil on all your problematic area(s),… I originally started just on my eyes/brow, and now, I rub it all over my torso, chest, full neck/face, upper back, thighs & hands 💫 While it feels goopy & sticky at first, purchasing a high quality brand, it will soak in rather quickly !!! Btw ~ To apply on my upper back, I drizzle the Oil on a 12”X 18” piece of wax paper, & then just lay down on it, squishing gently from side to side ☺️; fyi, I fold said in 1/2 thereafter & then reuse for several more days, until it’s no longer reusable),… also, don’t forget to rub a decent dollop right inside your belly-button 😉

Undereye PRF injections, and Eye Retinol by No. 7 are the most effective products I’ve used / done. It’s night and day difference. My before and after pictures are insane!!
@@BostonBabe9 it's not a waste of money - recommend you to go see before and afters on the internet. It will grow a layer of collagen underneath your eyes basically. You will need 3 treatments of undereye PRF total, and it takes 4 months to see a difference after each round. It's a long term process but it lasts for YEARS and it looks natural, not goofy like underye fillers.
So glad that I watched this. I stopped at Dr Rajani's office to pick up a volufiline product & the NP told me to use it under my eyes. I didn't understand why. Now I know how it would make the undereye area look better & will treat the undereye in a different way than I had before watching this video
So we can expose eyes to red light & no harm ? Also if we apply almond oil eyes or full face before red light exposure, will this be beneficial?? Thanks Always enjoy watching your videos. So informative, so interesting. Thanks again ❤❤
Thank you for this video! This is what I've learned on my own the HARD way! I had to back off my retinols that were KILLING me with inflammation and Dry eye!
Tell me about it. I always had perfect skin. But retinols killed it… it doesn’t matter how gentle, how seldom or what I do. It doesn’t agree with me at all. So now I quit using it altogether. My skin looks better now.
So here’s the million dollar question that I don’t hear anybody else talking about that you got pretty close to in this video… Can we not just use straight vitamin A on our skin? As in, squeezing a little bit of retinal palmitate out of a vitamin A capsule that you would normally take orally.… This question is mostly met with the conversion process and how it doesn’t get converted to the proper form… But why doesn’t our body know how to do this yet It can convert many other things to what it is needed? This would make a great video topic! It’s a can of worms at the aesthetic community does not like to touch.
I have done it in the past, before all of the special stuff was out there, and before retinol was available over-the-counter… I don’t think it could’ve hurt. Would like to know as well what the doctor thinks! :-) Or if he has any references to clinical research. or just any good general science on the matter!
I am going to brag. I have taken very good care of my eyes, oils, and light massage applied often have helped. Oh, and by the way Dr. I suggest you use a frother for your coffee , it works better to control and incorporate the collagen powder with the cream.
I tried the frother...I was not a fan...I ll try again. I have it built into my maker. I LOVE that little device I used yesterday. I m assuming you mean a frother as in the thing that blows air on the side of the coffee shot maker?
I don't use a frother, but, since I add oil (butter, ghee, MCT, or coconut oil) and medicinal mushroom powder to my coffee (in addition to collagen), I put everything in a blender cup and it comes out creamy and perfectly frothed!
Great video. I will order some almond oil... have been using castor oil around the eyes and on my body...is almond better? The good news is there are so many options bad news is it gets confusing. Like the red light masks ... I have one (albeit cheap one from Aldi)... but now wondering if I need a different one 😂
I love what oil does around my eye skin! The only problem I have is that so far I haven’t found an oil yet that doesn’t make my eyes react to it they turn red ad burn and swell up. If anyone has the same experience and found an oil that doesn’t give an allergic reaction please share❤️

I'm 46 and pass for 10+ years younger. When I just turned 40, a man asked what age I was (husband told him big birthday), i said 40, he said no way and called over another fella and asked him what age he thought i was, he said about 25, the 1st fella thought younger and had actually asked me why was my husband so old 😂😂 I never put anything on my face, I'm lucky if I get to wash it 😅 genes play a huge part too, my granny barely had wrinkles etc, my mother is 74 now and barely has wrinkles either
Thank you for always also giving us inexpensive options! I have been using avocado, pomegranate seed and grape seed oil since watching your video on oils last year. I absolutely love them. I feel the overall quality of my skin has improved. Also because you only use a little bit the bottles last forever. I’m going to add in the almond oil based on what you shared here. Thank you!
Wonderful!
And castor oil also regrows hair, eyelashes and eyebrows. It really works!
Grows but doesn’t add hairs. I was excited to hear it helps then my research taught me that 😢
Will it grow hair on face too?
I over plucked my eyebrows years ago and they haven't grown out despite a long time with putting on castor oil
Red light therapy helps with hair regrowth as well. Be patient it takes a while.
IT DOESN'T MAKE YOUR EYE LASHES GROW OR EYE BROWS GROW.IF PEOPLE HAVE THIN EYE LASHES OR THIN EYE BROWS NOTHING WORKS.
Thank you so much for helping us understand the correct way to care for our skin I'm 62 now, I've followed you for a few years and, taking your advice, my skin is better now ! I get compliments about how young I look . Thank you from your number one Australian fan !!!!
You are so welcome!
I just turned 60 two months ago, and I've been using Castor Oil for over a year now, while introducing a decent hand held Red light from Amazon, for just under $80 🇨🇦
So many benefits,… from my now full/longer eyelashes, to relieving my arthritis, to my skin texture/fullness 🤗
I highly recommend this duo ladies & gents🤜🏼🤛🏼
FYl ~ I'm still a fan of the Naka brand, but I recently ordered, on an Amazon lightening deal, St Francis. I actually like their consistency a whole lot better...
How you use castor oil
How do you use it for arthritis?
It’s as simple as just rubbing the Oil on all your problematic area(s),… I originally started just on my eyes/brow, and now, I rub it all over my torso, chest, full neck/face, upper back, thighs & hands 💫
While it feels goopy & sticky at first, purchasing a high quality brand, it will soak in rather quickly !!!
How do you use castor oil? You you wash them off immediately or leave it overnight?
@@SamGethom I never wash it off,… it does take some getting use to, but it does soak in faster than you would expect !!!
If you stop eating sugar already a big gamechanger....I am on a diabetics diet, and keep increasing my time between botox treatments.

Your videos are the best…I’m a huge fan and you quickly became my “go to”!! 😊I’m so appreciative of your willingness to u help us more mature girls without “selling” us on products/treatments like most docs do here on social media. In my opinion that definitely sets u apart. And even better yet, I have found what u teach and recommend are usually effective. I’m in for the long haul…So THANK YOU!!!🙏
I thank you. I have many of the same patients in my clinic for over 20 years. That mindset you have of the long haul will serve you very well. The kids want instant and instant often is harmful. Thanks for watching and commenting.
I love Rajani. He truly cares.
The guy is making money off UA-cam! And selling his products as well Nothing wrong with that just annoying how many people seem to think he isn’t profiting but helping out of goodness of his heart- he doesn’t do this for free I assure you he is doing very well via the internet.. I’m not complaining I like what he is doing- I’m just amazed how manipulated people are in marketing realm- trust and your mind is the biggest commodity now for ALL industries- stop believing you are so cared for everywhere- it’s actually akin to propaganda and dangerous times we are in.
I like his content very much but it’s ridiculous for you to assume you know this man’s Heart and intent. He’s a smart biz guy- he may have a great pure heart but I wouldn’t know that - nor would u. The guy is very wisely utilizing his knowledge and platform to step outside of the traditional conventional market- that’s great but it doesn’t mean he loves you.. you probably believe the news and big pharma care for you too- They do NOT
Im 62. Never had botox, fillers or anything done except for my Nuface and Nira and products like you recommend like Vit C, retinol, hyaluronic acid, glycolic acid, etc.
As someone who suffers from rosacea, I’ve used grapeseed oil for years. It’s soothing and non-irritating, and helps keep redness under control.

Undereye PRF injections, and Eye Retinol by No. 7 are the most effective products I’ve used / done. It’s night and day difference. My before and after pictures are insane!!
wow thank you for this info🎉
Thanks for sharing
I wonder if you know how far in they inject under your eye? Is it just a millimetre or two? The skin is so thin there.
I keep reading PRF will absorb, not plump. I want to do it, but not waste $.
How do you keep getting better and better? I mean your videos are just absolutely amazing.

Sending love from Poland❤️🇵🇱Thank you doctor
I LOVE the POLES... I grew up in a house with many. So Kind and great food
I love Poland
@@rajanimdskincareWhat were you doing living in a house full of Polski?
I would like to know this as well. Thank you for bringing this up.
Yes great question and comment!
Great question. Hope he replies!
test a teeny tiny bit out on your back of hand ?
I have done it in the past, before all of the special stuff was out there, and before retinol was available over-the-counter… I don’t think it could’ve hurt. Would like to know as well what the doctor thinks! :-) Or if he has any references to clinical research. or just any good general science on the matter!
I can’t wait to buy the red light mask. I really didn’t know it has such a good effect on the skin. Thank you ❤
You're so welcome! Enjoy....the power of Red Light is fiercely underestimated. Over the next 5 years the secret will be known
