Great job guys. Not sure why builder don’t have an opening to fix valves. It’s very darn clear that at some point someone has to cut these tiles open and that cost extra money.
I dont usually touch that thing, i know it a pain after 20y of sitting there, i tell them dont use it, if i have to start to work on it, i dont know what it will cost to get that out of there, we have to start out at 1k buck if its easy, if its hard price can go up each day all the way to 5k, after that they just say no.
