I never thought one of my favorite most watched youtube channels would be SpineCare Decompression & Chiropractic Center with The Amazing Dr. Rowe! Dr. Rowe you have helped me so much thru your channel, I so appreciate your consistency & dedication. I have been suffering with severe neck pain for the past year frm 2 disc bulges & extremely tight neck muscles. I was scared & hopeless until you Dr. Rowe, hit my yt shorts feed. Over the past 6 months I have watched hundreds of your videos, all have proven to be SO valuable! Dr. Rowe, Someday Soon I Do Hope I Can Travel From Colorado To St. Joesph Michigan To Sincerely Thank You In Person ♥️

'knee band from side', especially after an injury like when I ran, something suddenly like tore up, like a thread that is cut, then I got better by someone who hold my leg and move something with his hands, something went back to its place again, like a vein, I felt like that, but I started then martial arts training like stretching legs, It helped a lot yeah, but It still feels like It's not fully perfect, There's still a pain when I try to squat 'with one single leg', It feels like It crushes or something. So what's your thoughts and help about that, Doc? Sorry for this long message but I wanted it in detail to be more specific and clearer. Thx!🙂

Dr. Rowe, I cant express how helpful you are to this train wreck of a body. 4 neck surgeries, multiple back surgeries. A pain pump and I still live in chronic pain.
I wish we lived a little closer together. You are in "that state up north".
(It is my "Buckeye oath" not to say the name of that stae that starts with a M.🤣🤣)
I am in the Columbus area, and trust me if I lived closer to you,, I would be a weekly patient.
Every doctor says my muscles are like cement. If I get anjections in my back, they say the needle neerly bends getting into the muscle. I live in daily pain from my neck to my knees.
Your stretches and exercises do help, but as soon as I get a muscle to relaxe.. it soon goe back to rock solid.
Thank you so so much for your help.
Hoping one day I can make the trip "up north".🤫😉
Please keep the videos coming. You are a blessing to so many.
    Monica from Ohio

Solid gold information. I believe most effective if neck is not misaligned, by injury or improper chiro adjustments. I been dealing with chronic upper back and cervical pain discomfort for many years. Untreated whiplash in my 20's caught up to me and its been quite a journey. Proper sleep position, daily physio stretches, foam roller, accupressure are daily necessities to manage. Grateful that i found something that helps. Took years of trial, error and research.....your stretch and exercise tips are high up there on being the most effective ones for relief. Good on you and your practice for helping people. Thank you 🙂

You give amazing advice, love it. I struggle with neck stiffness and pain from an old injury and have pain and migraines more often than not because of it. This doesn't make it go away, but it helps. Can you use something firmer than a tennis ball, or would that cause injury? I was thinking of a metal ball/roller i can put in the fridge to get cold to reduce inflammation along with the massage.

The second version with hands on my head does, too
Got this upper neck pain out of nowhere about 2 or 3 weeks ago and it really doesn't want to go away.
The massage and stretches, on the other hand, felt great, thank you

I really like when you come to the point were you say "if you want to take this to the next level" because after everytime you say that and I repeate the next level move it cracks me up with a big pop and a sudden huge relief. It's like braking bones sound like of pop the first time when I meet your channel video that I have ever watched I thought I had broken something. It made that loud of a pop. Now when you say that sentence I'm like yes now the real deal shit gets revealed 😛 and then I get the urge to try the next level 😁and boom bone shouldering pops by sudden intensive relieves😝 so awesome😂keep it up Doc 😎i celebrate all your next level moves 👍

I have been having a neck pain for days, pains at the area below the skull. I can't turn my head to left side & can't lift my head up when wake up, also is hard to sleep at night. I have tried your exercise for part. 1 & 3, it did release the pain for a while but it come again & the stiffness still there. Is the same when using the heat & cold pad on it, it will relieve on the spot then later the pain occur again. Will the pains & stiffness recover by itself? Thank you.

I’ve been suffering from this for 50 days now. The pain radiates from this place towards the head whenever I move the neck. Intensity of pain increases during night. No medication is working 😢

Is it possible to have a lump for 3 yrs? ..I can't see it but I can feel it on my neck. Dr keeps telling me it's a torn muscle she legit didn't even touch it .did an xray. But the problem is this has been going on for 3 yrs I am in so much pain I almost feel disabled. With chronic pain in my neck. I am just hoping it's not something like a tumor .. but I have constant neck pain. I have gone to her 3 times for it and she just says torn muscle.

Thank you for this! For the last 2 weeks I've had such discomfort in the back of my neck mostly on left side. The last 3-4 days haven't been good. I do have a quick question tho. Whenever I lay on my left side on the couch to watch TV. My right side/arm gets like a achey/tired sensation. It's noticeable on couch, but in bed it seems to get worse. (I know what some will say, don't lay on your side! Lol) but maybe you can do a video on this? Thanks again for your videos!

Hello! I love your exercises, I do the one with the band almost everyday. Since then my chiropractor has much less work. May I ask: is there a way to use a band in similar way to crack the neck side way? Usually my chiropractor would keep my left shoulder down and crack my neck pulling my chin to the right shoulder, and vice versa. Can I do this safely at home with a band? Thank you!

@@DrRowe so butthurt it’s crazy. Stop delegitimizing the term doctor. Ya you help people, so does a librarian at a library. Not medically based, telling people to do some stretches and the occasional strengthening exercise doesn’t make you a doctor. Neither does that stitched on crap on your chest pocket. Get an MD then claim that title, for real.
