    A bit of an update:
It turns out that the 10% code is only for the US store. If you live in Europe or outside the US in general, you can purchase Arteza products on Amazon. The code doesn't work on Amazon, but the sales still apply :D
Sorry for the lack of information. I'm still learning what to pay attention to :)

Arteza is being very aggressive with reaching out to artists, which I think is fantastic. I have reviews coming for their products, as well. Knowing that others on UA-cam are willing to give them a try is a huge bonus in getting me to try them as well. Love your presentation here and thankful to hear your perspectives on them as well! Thank you, Anita! :)

I loved their attitude. Very helpful, very open, no pressure at all. It makes me want to do my best for their benefit :D And I do like it as well that so many artists are doing the reviews at the same time because it's so cool to hear that their experiences were similar, but some liked the things I didn't like and vice versa :D I will be keeping an eye out for your review as well! (well... after I'm done with mine that is; don't wanna spoil the fun :D)

That lemon turnip!! It would be a fun exercise when in an artslump to mix up fruits/veggies XD
Aside from that, it's a really big set of fineliners! Almost too many colors... :overwhelmed:

    •  6 років тому

That is genius! Banana and strawberry! Strawnana? Banaberry? xD I will have to try that!

thank you for the comprehensive review of these pens! I often have a hard time finding thorough product reviews, but this video covers almost everything!

    •  6 років тому

I'm glad you found what you needed. I try to be much more to the point with reviews, but I'm still learning, so it's good to know that I'm heading in the right direction.

Ha ha Lemon Turnip : D It is very nice to see this immediate, impulsive side of your art creation as well, Anita! Nice lemons. And all the lovely coloured fineliners, wow. Oh, I suddenly urge lemonade! : )

Oh holy smokes, that’s a lot of markers. =o.o= didn’t realize it was three layers.
Haahah, this explains why you were so in love with my beautiful shiny sparkle lemons from last week. =>.

I snorted at "dead fish"! I can really see that! Funny faces on dead fish... I will never again be able to look at a dead fish without giggling! Let's say "dead fish" one more time! Dead fish! xD Wait can a video get demonetized because of the comments... because we are just trowing it out there xD
And yeah, I really like drawing citrus fruit. Kind of a guilty pleasure of mine. For some unexplained reason they make me happy and they are so comfortable to draw. I will be playing with blending the fineliners. I was thinking about it already, but then again I really like the lines~ I can always bring them on afterwards, though :D
I'm glad you've enjoyed the video

Anita Gadzińska hahaha, oh man, if you get demonetized from dead fish it kinda only makes them even funnier. In an act of defiance, obviously, you’ll have to draw some as well. =>.

You could use them in watercolor characters. You can add the liners after the painting has dried.

    •  6 років тому +1

      That's absolutely true :)

I bought the set of 102. I had a few issues. The ink flow is not the same in all pens and a very few of the pens had slightly scratchy nibs (the very light colours). I put a coloured ink dot on each pen so I could see the true colour.. It took me about 2 hours to do the whole 102 There was a dirty, inky film on the pens when I got them so I had to wipe them all down I love the assortment of colours and there are a lot of greens which is my favorite. I was very disappointed with the few yellows and reds also even in the 102 set.

    •  6 років тому

I should have stopped a bit longer at the chickens, huh? xD And yeah, color was a bit hard to get used to, but in the end I'm so happy I tried xD

Fineliner like fine brush colouring, better detail but what is really detail to make real.

What's the 365 day sketch book challenge?
Is there a list of things? I would love to start it too.

    •  6 років тому +1

No list xD Just drawing consistently for 365 days, every day. I've opened a group on Facebook where you can post your sketches to keep track of them :)

Fine point is a good for doing fine detail, but A4 can cover the detail, you want detail in a3 for using fineliner, funny fine point on sharpie for real.

i tried to look on their website to see if they could ship to Europe as you said they could (bc omg these fineliners are so nice and their price (without shipping yet) is nice too haha) but i couldn't change the country to something outside of the US?? the only thing i could find are the armed forces in Europe but i don't think that's it lol

    •  6 років тому

Oh no! I admit I didn't go that far and since the package arrived here in Holland, I thought everything could be done through their website. That is unfortunately not the case and I will also update my description. For Europe we can order Arteza products through Amazon: www.amazon.co.uk/s?ie=UTF8&me=ANFD5I07TJMNQ The sale is still available, but my 10% code doesn't work there ;.; It's a bit more expensive than the American version (taxes are stupid >
