    Greet from HK, thanks for your shared, this would be 1 of my favorite vegetarian menus. I'll used inoke mushrooms instead of abalone, also vege oyster sauce. Great job & waiting for your other simple healthy recipes.. 👍👍

    Going to add this to our CNY Reunion Dinner. If I add fish maw about 50g should u suggest doubling the sauce? Braise the fish maw with mushrooms together?

    Roland, do you have a good substitute for oyster or fish sauce? My hubby is very allergic to shell fish or ocean dwellers. I have made up some uimame alternatives but wondered what you recommend? :)
