- Recently, people have been talking about a potential change in the stagelist since the meta is getting more defensive, and one of the stages proposed was WarioWare. Today I'll be going over a bunch of combos with each character that they can do on this stage. Hope you all enjoy!

legit my only actual issue with this stage is the camera, i play samus and think this would be her best stage for sure. Obviously it's less defensive but with her up-air into up-b combos and just doing back/forward throw off the stage into f-air i don't see how she wouldn't want to be on this stage. also i imagine dropping bombs off the first platforms would make her ledgetrapping even more broken. so with all that being said, i think it's time we legalize castle siege.
Maybe it's just because I've played old arcade-style fighting games but what I've learned from fast time to kill games is that they encourage a lot more nuanced neutral than what Ultimate currently has.
Top Tiers feels so dominant right now because they can freely swing but a stage like this is so tight and so close that you basically have to be more smart about your basic actions, and since everyone can kill on this stage the issue of just having better options feels less like a crutch than the current stages encourage.
Warioware was legal in Montreal at the beginning of ultimate, it would be interesting to see it come full circle and be legal again

It's such a shame that the blast zones are that close to each other... Without it the stage would be playable and original, thanks to the shortened length and the double plateforms, allowing to have a "go to stage" to pick if your opponent is a camper and/or if you live for ladder combos 😂.
Also neat combos! They may not all be universal (I see you, Ridley and Pichu training dummy) but they're still funi too wottch ;)

honestly i hope it’s not legalized bc it just enables defensive play even more. you make one mistake and sonic spin fairs you and you die at 40%…
But the explosive payoff is what makes this stage super interesting and a good trade off for the extreme demand for cautious defensive play. It's basically a Smash Bros equivalent of a quick draw shootout match. First blood takes a stock.
Plus we gotta start somewhere with stage exploration. I'm personally hoping to see Hazards on Pokemon Stadium 1 in the future.
Kinda feels like an SSB64 situation... everyone has these insane combos that can 0-to-death so there's a very high risk and reward and players have to be more cautious and careful (or so i've heard never played it 🤡)
Actually, no, we don't need warioware. So many smash 4 combos, so many characters killing at 20%. Coney's wrong. I think we need to make our own competitive stages at this point.
