Good day thank you so much for sharing the above. Sounds very helpful indeed. To be honest, I am physically challenged ( MS ,) using AID. Please suggest how to get on to the bed. I do the first exercise,(, Bridging) as advised. I am really interested to take sessions under you . Facing a lot of balance issue ( because of MS)

Hi, and thank you very much for these videos. Is there a kind of support band for wrist and elbows? That is one year I am doing different types of exercises with great coaches( pilattes- work out, yoga and strength, and stretch after 50 years. I am 73 and with all these excercises I see how my body, my health has improved. Tonnes of thanks for your great channel ❤

I’m 90 and will add these the arm exercises to my yoga routines. it is such a blessing to be fit. If you start when you’re young, and spend 20 to 30 minutes a day you will be so blessed thank you Doctor
