I do the first exercise,(, Bridging) as advised. I am really interested to take sessions under you . Facing a lot of balance issue ( because of MS)

That is one year I am doing different types of exercises with great coaches( pilattes- work out, yoga and strength, and stretch after 50 years. I am 73 and with all these excercises I see how my body, my health has improved. Tonnes of thanks for your great channel ❤

The butterfly has my Right hip feel super tight stiff and not wanting to cooperate as left hip does??? I can’t pinpoint where precisely it’s screaming at me but the right hip is doing that’s Any thoughts? Thank you, I love all your exercises and help particularly for bodies over 50! 👏👏

This guys videos are amazing I have benefited from many of them but every time I watch all I see is the guy that played Will Ferrells older brother is Step Brothers 😂 shout out Dr Rowe
The arm exercises are difficult as I have arthritis in both thumbs (can't hold things easily without alot of pain). That's also the case for squats - arthritis in both knees. My knees have been this way since my early 30s and my thumbs have only recently become arthritic. Combination of accidents and genes - my mother, her father and his father had arthritis. It seems to strike earlier in each generation. Fortunately I'm not overweight, but I'm 51. When I look up arthritis and remedies for it, the stereotype is someone overweight in their 70s who drinks and smokes. I rarely drink and don't smoke. Would like a section on exercises for those with arthritis. I realise that's quite limiting, but closer to alternative versions for those with arthritis (who can't place a lot of weight on certain joints). Sorry for whining.
I’m 90 and will add these the arm exercises to my yoga routines. it is such a blessing to be fit. If you start when you’re young, and spend 20 to 30 minutes a day you will be so blessed thank you Doctor
