Pls help Dr with my imbalance, feels like one hip is shifted? One my right side and tilted back or something? My left side feels longer and pushed forward 😮hard to explain. It is limiting my ability to squat hinge and lift heavy
@America_is_now_MAGA Dr. Rowe’s videos is medicine, emotionally, physically, cathartic and conductive to good health of body and mind ! Living with physical pain zaps one’s energy, not just physically but mentally as well. I follow Dr. Rowe’s exercises specific to my area of pain. It’s helpful, it would feel so good to be physically pain free again. 🦋
Every time you show a different exercise it helps me. Thank you so much. From the cancer medicine I have muscle pain everywhere. So it's hard to keep up with all the exercises. But each of your exercises helps a certain area
@lorimonkaba4756 I have an inversion table for my lower back pain and I wouldn’t be without one ! I try and stay on it for 20 min. minimum for first two/three days, working my way up to 30-40 min. each time. I’ll do that for 5 days in a row if I have to ! I found that if I work through the pain especially the first 15 minutes, the pain slowly dissipates, that’s when I know the stretching on inversion table is working ! I also do Dr. Rowe’s neck/shoulder stretching exercises because they really work ! (I suffered injuries in a head-on collision on a highway more than fifteen yrs. ago, no fault of my own). Lori, have an enjoyable Sunday🌸 P.S. Like you…I’d like to hear Dr.Rowe’s views on inversion tables.

Dr. Rowe, I respect everything you are teaching us! I was wondering if you could do a video to heal the hip meniscus? I have been searching on line thinking this may be my problem. I want to avoid surgery if possible and have been able to avoid surgery concerning my back with the exercises you have given us! I have been dealing with pinched nerve but cannot seem to get the pain to go away when I step and put weight on my right leg without excruciating pain in my hip! I have been getting therapy and adjustments off and on since August 2024!!! I am in high hopes you can help all of us with this hip pain! I feel I might have a tear in my hip meniscus! The windshield exercise caused excruciating pain! Thank you from all of us that have hip meniscus pain!!!❤❤❤ ❤
Perfect timing. I have L4-S1 ALIF coming up in February. I will see which one of these I can modify to do to help in any way. I have so much pain, not sure how much I can accomplish. I have already had my cervical spine fused seven levels so limited motion there, too, with still lot of pain :/ Thank you!
Hey doc, Hope you're doing well. Wanted to mention that I've been following these exercises for 2 days now and I'm feeling improvement in my back. How long should we pursue these exercises? Im planning to follow along for a month. Thanks
Keep at it everyone! Learn the best technique you can and implement it into your everyday life. You will get pain free! Or at least bearable sensations !
I know a "crack" isn't always expected during an adjustment, but I've had NO releases/cracks in my S.I. for years. In the last 2 1/2 years I've lost 30 lbs and increasing mobility and trying to maintain/increase muscle leaness/strength. Still no release. No recent pictures, but I figure SI is fused.

Thoughts on inversion table for spine decompression or back pain?

If I have severe pain already is it ok to do these exercises?
I did the first two with you just now and then I'm going to take you to the gym with me and work out on the floor with the rest of them.❤
