Why does it seem to me like you've forgotten to install the fuel rail mount spacers?
LOL!!! How about unplugging the fuel pump and running the engine until it shuts off. Your way = high fuel pressure mess, correct way = no fuel pressure.
I have a 14 Cali special rag, triple black... bought it new for my wife.. got her a new ride.. the rag is getting the beans!
Was that an automatic because I have a Cali. Special also and this is what I want to upgrade to. Sounds wicked.

Its my friends but we've done long tubes, off road x pipe, bola axle back, a tune, and now the cobra jet manifold
I have almost exactly the same mods and was considering going with the Cobra Jet intake did you lose any torque down low and was it worth it in other areas? Great video thank you so much
@@tomcronininc you will not lose tq with the cj like you would with the boss. I personally run the cj and believe me it does well

That was a ghost cam, it was on my buddy’s car. It was just a handheld tuner then, don’t remember what company

THE-ALBANIAN-GUY Yes it will, but the main problem you’ll run into is clearance issues. Either drop the motor a bit or buy a larger cowl hood.
did you swap over the mounting bolts?

I would definitely keep the stock air intake manifold handy just incase something goes wrong that would render this current air intake manifold unusable.
yeah man we kept it handy just in case, he might be switching back to it for a procharger setup

did you lower your engine, or replace the hood, I heard you cant close the factory hood if you install the Cobra Intake?
I don't know who said that but the factory hood still fits just fine
maybe it was for the BOSS 302. thanks
well I know that they both fit with the stock hood but its the strut bars that people are having problems with
they say it doesnt fit under the 2015/15 GT mustang but 2014 no problem
It fits perfectly on 11-14 hoods, even with the boss tower brace installed

What tune did you use??? Bama, BDX, SCT,...
We were using bama for a while but wanted to get the max power out of it so we had a dyno tune done, bama was very helpful and worked well if your trying to decide.
Bama tune is horrible , they’re all hype , choose lund or AED

Cia, manifold, longtubes with offroad xpipe and borla. It also has a custom dyno tune

Cobra jet or should I go for boss?
I would defiantly go for the cobra jet, it cost more but its totally worth it and makes more power and torque in the low rpms
Make sure you rev the shit out of and redline it a lot like 100 times! So you get all the blow by oil in the manifold. It has to be completely coated with oil before your ready to race and LS cars. Those oil separators are over rated!
Make it faster next time
