Thank you soooooo much. Just worked out for the first time in 9 months. I haven’t worked out in so long because I am very close to needing a knee replacement in my right leg. I love that you are a physical therapist and such a great Pilates teacher. I love Pilates it’s the only work out that doesn’t seem to make my fibromyalgia worse. Thank you again so much for providing this free Content on UA-cam
Oh. So thankful for your channel. At 42, I can’t do the super intense videos I love bc my knee just can’t handle it anymore. I’ve become weak, and this is the perfect way to get started so I can be in a place I love again. Just hit subscribe!
It’s very hard to find a workout video labeled as “knee friendly” that actually is knee friendly. I’ve had a knee injury last year that I’m still recovering from and had barely any movement since that. Thank you so much for making this video because it actually was knee friendly. 🫶🏻
Today I tripped over and feel on my left knee, giving me various wounds and irritated skin there, so i definitely getting on my knees is impossible for me today but still i dont wanna miss my pilates for today, so thanks for this alternative, keep going with the hard work
Thanks so much for sharing this video, Jessica! As a runner, there's a time I get knee pain due to lack of post-run stretching or other quad strengthening workouts. Each time I have some knee pain, I always turn to your videos to release knee pain. They really help me recover fast and get back to my normal running regimen in any time soon. I deeply appreciate all the critical videos you have shared here with us. Thank you so much, Jessica. You are the best.
Hi, Jessica! I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing workouts. They've made my hip and abs stronger, and I'm so grateful. Before watching your videos, I was suffering from a really bad knee, and couldn't do any kind of workout that included my knee, which was causing me a lot of pain and affecting my daily life. But after watching your videos, I've made great progress and even lost some weight! 🙏
Thank you, i had my R knee replaced 3 months ago. Yours is the only video i've found so far that modifies a TOTAL pilates workout for knees. Many others are for knee rehab only.
These workouts have been a life saver. I had surgery on the meniscus in my left knee 3 weeks ago. Prior to the injury I was leg pressing over 500lbs and doing 60lbs sumo squats. I was really disappointed when I showed up to physical therapy for the first time and I couldn't even do a regular leg lift. Your ab workouts are gentle enough on my knee that it doesn't hurt. Thank you thank you thank you
Just found you, and I'm SO glad. Hurt my knee about a month ago. Just had a cortisone shot. Didn't really take all the pain away but I need to start strengthening to support it so here I am. This was excellent. Thank you!
I was doing my best since March 2020 to stay active through outdoor biking and walking, yoga, your Pilates, and online Zumba classes. Then I must have overdone the Zumba and my left knee blew up. Jessica to the rescue! After 2 weeks of rest, I'm starting to exercise again with this video. Feels great (well, to be honest, I feel creaky and sore)!
Thank you for this video. I keep looking for various exercise routines so I don't get bored and can also work on different body parts etc and I usually always look for phrases like "low impact" and "beginner friendly" but sometimes I still get burnt. I tried a new video today which had me do this weird ice skating exercise followed by squats and then backwards lunges and my knees at that point decided to protest. I don't have a knee injury but I do have hypermobility and am currently quite unfit and over the years, I've noticed that everytime I get into exercising, my knees usually start acting up. That said, I have to try some form of exercise as I feel like a 29 year old going on 60 body wise.
Hello Jessica! Would you consider creating a workout for those with hip arthritis? I see you've many for knee pain and hip mobility, but none re what to avoid and/or how to help an arthritic hip. My pain actually was greatly reduced once I stopped doing yoga, and most stretches designed for hip mobility and (my wrongly self diagnosed) piriformis syndrome. That said, I do very much appreciate your videos.
Just posting a comment for the algorithm engagement, but still hoping you'll get to read this and know what your work here means to me. You are pure gold, Jessica! Can't describe just how much you've helped me get back into fitness, especially after COVID19. I didn't even experience soreness of muscles, not to mention I could have hurt myself after long sedentary periods. I'm now at the "advanced" section on your channel, thoroughly enjoyed my journey to the point where I'm at now, all thanks to your wonderful teaching. Really, can't thank you enough! Btw, I just have to mention how much I LOVE your "You Can Do It" and "You Got This" hahah. It's the sweetest thing, Idk if it's the way you say it, or maybe just the right point in the exercise when you say it, but it is super-endearing to me 😊 Much, much love to you from Serbia, Jessica! 👏❤💞
Thanks. Short video but felt it all 😊After medial knee replacement 12 months ago, I’m still not confident in what I can do. Hopefully I can do this video a few times and then graduate to a longer version.
Thank you so much for creating this workout! this was perfect for me because i can't do those intense workouts labeled "low impact knee friendly" with mountain climbers and other difficult stuff. i'm recovering and can't do those things which were still challenging when i was consistently working out for months. so I'm glad i found your great workout which is not too long or hard but is still doing something for my body which is a good start on getting back on track. Will be doing it now and will go through your other workouts ❤️
I Injured my knee and now it's feeling OK but I'm still scared of doing normal workouts on it cause it still hurts when Walk long distances. so I am doing this workout Trying to strengthen my knee and stuff. Thank you for doing this
Hi Jessica, it took only some ten minutes, but it warmed me up. My arthrosis sometimes kills me, but this is a perfect workout for my knees. I have enjoyed it. Thank you very much for this workout. I look out for your next video, but in the meantime I continue with your previous video's. ;-)
This was wonderful, as my biggest problem with a lot of routines is kneeling - can’t put that pressure on my knees. Thank you so much for sharing!
I feel so much better! I injured a knee a few days ago and have been struggling to figure out how to workout safely. This was a lifesaver!
This was great for my left knee bursitis! And great that I can still practice Pilates with a knee injury.

R knee replacement means ? Do you had some problem? Actually I am having one so just asking
Great to have some exercises that strengthen quads, glutes and hips without stressing knees! THANKS!

Thank you, Jessica. Just what the doctor ordered!
Thank you for this! Split my knee open so can’t bend my knee and need stretchy/flowy/strengthening exercises until I’m mobile again 💪🏼
thank you 😊
Thank you! So much strength is a short period is what I need in my busy life. This is brilliant.
Thanks, great effective workout with no pressure on the knees.
Hi! I just hurt my knee really bad and couldn't find any pilates class online that is without any bending. I this exercises, thank you!!

😍👍 Nice .
hard to find no knees routine that isn't low intensity :(
Where is the Turkish caption 😪 i can't understand the conversation
The issue here is getting down and back off the floor with a bad knee!
Getting down to the floor and getting up from it though...
