Welcome to day 26 of the Morning Yoga Movement! This is a wonderful 10 minute morning yoga class to help energize you for the day ahead! You won't need any props for this class and we'll have a good mix of hip openers, backbends, balancing poses and core strength. An all-around great yoga flow!

I can't believe we only have 4 days left to this challenge!! Are you going to re-do it once it's done or move on to something else? Should I create another 30 day challenge? (When the virus is over and I can actually rent space again 😭)
Yoga with Kassandra yes create another challenge as soon as you can and stay safe meanwhile!
Not sure if I'll be re-doing it completely, but I do plan on keeping up with the daily 10-15 min of yoga (almost) every day past the challenge :) Would definitely do another challenge if it happens. Maybe with the weather being nicer, it could just be one of those old school backyard shots with the cat coming to visit? Cats definitely make yoga more interesting ;) (mine insists on being a pillow under me when I'm doing anything similar to a plank, or a bridge for that matter)
If you can create a new challenge I will follow you of course if not I will start over this one again.. it's amazing .. and as I said before I feel so much better than the first day . I'm so so happy with you!! 🤗🤗🥰🥰🙏🙏 Namasté from Argentina!!

I woke up at 3am and couldn't sleep. 3 hours later, after feeling very sad about some difficult things, I got up. Starting my day with yoga and your teaching, Kassandra, makes all the difference. Thank you , Kassandra. My husband and I have been doing your classes every morning - great way to start the day. We've tried a number of teachers, and while all of them have great charisma and teaching ability, your pace and positivity have made you a personal favorite.
Thank you for creating this challenge. It is very helpful for me that it is only 10 min. After years of not practicing regularly and being in a very busy schedule I could not even think of doing a one hour program. And the more I was delaying it the more difficult became to go back to my practice. These 10 minutes every day helped me first of all feel better, go back into a routine and I have already started adding time whenever I can, and trying to make more time. It is so much easier when you are into the process. I also love the philosophy of less is more and starting small. It is perfect for me!!!

#GoodMorning: wow, this was a very challenging sequence for me, but in a positive way, I could still follow all poses. I suppose today's 10 min included as much as even possible stretches and strength exercises. The affirmation feels energizing, too, because I think today I could be more brave and reach out to people for support. Thank you!
