Many months later I’m still coming back to these videos of the yoga movement. They are essential, and they bring back so many good memories of summer’s mornings. Kassandra, once someone starts loving yoga with you - they simply stick with you forever. Thank you for these videos. I work for a warehouse where I fulfil orders of heavy cat litter, and heavy dog food for 10+ hours. I cannot start a work day without a GOOD full body stretch, and your videos are what start each and every work day. I even incorporate some poses at work when my muscles start feeling fatigue. Thank you for your time making these for us.

I started doing your yoga videos for back pain and stiffness years ago and now yoga is a major part of my Martial Arts warm up and cool down. My best days are the days I start with a morning video, and end with a bedtime one
yoga nice thing for relax but you need good mat. if you have great mat you can have better energy. I got my at trainhome .shop and mat is awesome. Energy that is in me is stronger and better.

Good morning Kassandra. I love to start my day with 10 minutes. Even though I had knee surgery I still do yoga. Some exercises are difficult I only another one. I love to begin my day with 10 minutes of yoga. ❤💐

#goodmorning Day Twenty Four - sometimes I say unkind things to myself when I can’t do the stretches like you do. I’m older and have not done these things before. I am less flexible, and it’s harder for me. I’m thinking of seeking an in person instructor, so I have one on one instruction about how I am doing these poses. I won’t give up on myself. I do the best I can, and some poses are getting easier - hope. Thank you, Kassandra, for sharing your practice . I’ll see you tomorrow.

I recently turned 40, had a hysterectomy and also got a new house with lots of stairs. The pain in my back and my knees made my old workouts tough for me so I found you and this morning and evening challenge and it has changed my life. Thank you for all your videos!

I literally don't have time for 30 or hour long yoga anymore except maybe once a week so these are perfect!
