2001 Lexus LS430 Body Work

I have the spot welded bracket and all other parts (fender, fender liner, bumper cover, etc) except the standoff that mounts to the frame rail via 10mm bolts and the arm that connects it to the fender.

Well I think you can weld in a piece and then that area back just so a fender fits now that's what I do but I'm economical

Thanks! It's actually my parents car. Someone hit them and their insurance company is basically screwing them over (long story), so I'm trying to help them out by surprising them with a complete repair. They think it's just going in for a diagnosis ;)
