Just don't blindly trust anyone to share your secrets. I have experienced betrayal in this way but later when I realised that person 's true nature, I completely cut off ftom them. Yes keep other's dark secrets within yourself and make yourself dustbin to store garbage shared by others so that your mind become unhealthy and toxic hindering your progress. It should be selective i think, if that secret is good one then keep it to yourself and if its toxic then spill that dirty thing outside to make yourself lighter or otherwise don't listen about dirty things. Life is not always on a linear curve for everyone so one rule doesn't fits all.....change your rule according to your life situations.

Consult a naturopathy doc near you, and they can guide you very well on this. Also I took my vitamin tablets during my enema process. I don't think there is a problem in that.
What if both the friends of mine are already friends and just want to unnecessarily put me in trouble chooses to create the drama of Secret? Because this has happened with me and since I already know that they are friends I have not interrupted Thier friendship which is built based on finding mistakes in others!!! It's very unfortunate that some of my friends have tried to control my personal life by telling some secret which doesn't even exist. After knowing all this I act like I don't know because i believe people will eventually leave however close we are !!
